“I would recommend meet and greet at Manchester, as the staff are excellent,very helpfull, efficent and above all else very pleasant to deal with. The car is well inspected and parked carefully.”

“Always use jetparks 3 . It's the best way to park your car and get away with no hassle. The only reason I've reduced the rating this time is because the fee went up astronomically from £70+ to £120+. Same duration, same year... so why such an increase?”

“They were there when we arrived at 4am. On return we rang from baggage reclaim and my car arrived as we went to MBW desk to collect. Excellent.”

“Booked airport hotel, car parking and airport transfers with Holiday Extras. In all cases the service was excellent. I had already used the hotel and car parking for previous holidays but this was the first time I had booked the airport transfer service (Faro to resort and return). Absolutely brilliant. Efficient, on time, comfortable vehicles and friendly, helpful drivers. I will certainly use them again. Very happy customer.”

“The place was overbooked.. I was on my own and still had to share a table, if I had been a couple or a foursome then no chance of a table. The food was minimal, two or three bits of salad, warm/tepid soup, two hot dishes curry or carne, no other choices. Had to queue for a glass of small wine. Tables messy and not cleared regularly. Very, very disappointing and never again, it was more crowded than in the terminal floor and would rather have paid the same amount to have a decent meal and a proper glass of wine in one of the restaurants. This was the most expensive lounge but from what I hear probably the worst. Cannot understand why Holiday Extras have added this to their portfolio - reflects badly on them and unlikely to trust them in the future.”

“I landed, called once I received my bag. Then waited 1hr 35 mins for my car. Even the staff were embarrassed. Second time it’s happened. This is supposed to be meet and greet. I could have got home faster on the train”
