“Excellent service from all members of staff. We dropped off the car at 3am, planning to collect 10 days later at midnight. Even at those times of night, staff were friendly and helpful. Bus driver was particularly brilliant. Flight was delayed by 3 hours on the way back, but no problems for APH. Car was ready to go. Bus to terminal was quick and easy both ways. Have used before and will absolutely use again.”

“Signage to green car park unclear. We ended up doing a loop and going via the airport terminal which cost us £7.00”

“Good to be able to park securely & close to terminal at Liverpool. BUT, it is impossible to amend booking online as instructed. Had to speak to AI which is slow & I was charged the extra £15 fee because I was unable to make another amendment within time limit.”

“No issues, booked and parked Stanstead and buses are handy to terminals. Exit was straight forward with Anpr exit barriers.”

“I made a mistake and booked long stay, realised my mistake and immediately cancled and had confirmation of that. Then re booked mid stay as I intended and had confirmation of that. All good I thought. Parked in mid stay only to be presented with a £450 bill on departure 😡”

“Disappointed this time with Parking. Tried to get out of car park only for Machine to request Payment of £175 before Barrier would raise. Went into Office with proof we had paid Gentleman sorted it out. Reg put in wrong Another 4 cars gad same problem.”

“Good value. Regular shuttle buses. Our driver very helpful and cracked jokes all the way. I paid for flight delay insurance. Our flight was 24 hours late and had to pay £15 excess charge. The insurance claim was responded to within 48 hours informing me the £15 will be refunded. All good.”
