“Drop off is very convenient and you walk straight into terminal 2. Picking up your keys when collecting your car is simple. Scan your receipt and collect keys from secure key safe. My only gripe is last few times I've used the service the cars are parked very close together making it difficult to enter the car. Also whoever parked it during the week adjusted the drivers seat every which way: height,tilt,recline etc. Is this really necessary as I could see from my tracker that the cars are only moved a short distance. Yet the service is still better than patking on nearby car parks then having to bus in and out”

“Very easy to navigate long stay car parking for Stanstead with HE. As a lone female traveller I’ve had no problems. Only one- not HEs fault, but the long stay bus driver careered straight past me in the snow at 4am and I had to wait for the next bus. Otherwise, I found them good value for money.”
