Very easy drop-off, and collection. A 2 minute walk from the cruise ship. Very polite and helpful staff.

Parking experience fine at the start of the holiday. Unfortunately we arrived back at T4 (departed from T5) and were not aware that the car park does not service T4. We tried calling the support telephone number but couldn’t get a response, despite it being daytime. After much dragging of bags around trying to find a bus stop, or someone who could tell us where it was, we ended up having to pay over £20 for a taxi to get back to the car park. The response from the car park reception was just a big shrug.

Great service as always. Was delayed 5hrs coming home & had no problems getting out the car park.

Excellent price for fantastic transfer- we were taken in air conditioned luxury minibus. In the return the driver was 15 minutes late but when I rang the office instantly got hold of him and updated his ETA.

The check in process was friendly & staff very helpful. The key drop off & collection went very smoothly. The staff in the restaurant st the hotel were great & the food was fantastic

Booked car parking and airport lounge Car parking 10/10 Nil issues Had to change car last minute- straight forward Airport lounge was okay food a bit disappointing chilli prices salad not a lot of little things and the salad didn’t have much, it was busy and they were short staffed, the staff were lovely

I have booked through you before with 'one night stay and long stay parking' but this time the parking was not at the hotel as it had been before ,but Long stay carpark at airport!! It was not obvious when I booked, and was a real inconvenience and quite unsafe, as you have to walk back to the hotel on a narrow road with no pavement with all your bags!! As a retired person on her own, it was very inconvenient.

The Delta Marriot hotel Mancahester is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. On check in we were given our room key. When entering the room we found guests already staying in there, very embarrassing for both ourselves and them. We had no apology from reception when we were given our second room. The tv didn’t work, the hairdryer also didn’t work and smelt of burning when we tried to use it, all of which was reported to reception. When we went to the bar and asked to take a drink to our room we were told they had no take out glasses. On checking out we found the lift had been used as a toilet and someone had been sick on the stairs.

We stayed at Sofitel and had meet and greet. This was the best airport hotel we have stayed in. Expensive, but worth it. And a hassle free parking , easy to leave and easier to collect after the holiday. Just what we needed after a 14 hour flight Definitely would book this again

Easy to access the Long stay car park at Liverpool Airport using Holiday Extras. Our number plate is always recognised so a smooth entry and exit is guaranteed.

I booked the Meet & Greet services for Stansted Airport through holiday extras and booked 10 months in advance. I also added the passport fast tracking and the insurance for delays for ten days and to be honest the staff were extremely professional on our morning of arrival leaving the vehicle one felt confident. The cost for me was very good value and on our return again the professionalism was noted. The collection was efficient and quick. We will definitely use the M&G service again when flying from Stansted. OK the car was dusty, but what would I expect :-).

holiday extras booking and the customer service team were very efficient and helpful. Booking was easy. Just a note at Manchester Airport, whilst I appreciate there was a late change to the car park. Perhaps a note to the receptionist at Voyager to check their records for bookings, as the people I was talking to at the entrance / exit were not up to date and took some convincing to let me proceed through the barriers.
