“Used for the first time, a 3 day trip. Couldn't fault the service. The man at reception gave a warm welcome, as did the staff upon return. Bus was quick and convenient. Would definitely use again.”

“My booking reference number was NA10KBK for 04/07/2024_11/07/2024 at the long stay carpark at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. On my dropping off my car I was given a ticket from the barrier machine tef number 0/23421142/055083000/008085. On my return on 11/07/2024 at 17:45 I was unable to leave the car park as the exit machine stated I owed £110, ref number 4F9CA51707, which i paid to enable me to get home. I have emailed this information to your website but have not recieved any reply or explanation.”

“Jet parks 1 at East Midlands was easy to locate and we found 2 spaces within minutes. Bus stop close and waited about 15 mins for it to pick us up. When we returned from our holiday and came out of the airport the bus was actually waiting for us which was good. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 as I think the charges could perhaps be a little less? Thank you for a good service, the driver was very pleasant.”

“I have used holiday extras many times. Easy to book and competitive price. Used multi storey west last weekend: have used this several times easy to find therefore plenty of space and a short walk into terminal 2”

“Sat nav didn't take to the right place but that's my fault Once I used my phone to find it was easy just dropped the keys off When I got back from my holiday just picked the keys up from reception and the car was waiting close by”

“I have booked with Holiday Extras many times over the years. I booked a flight from Manchester terminal 1 so I booked parking and airport lounge through Holiday Extras then Jet 2 changed my terminal. I tried to change the terminal online but couldn't managed it so rang Holiday Extras and the young man (sorry can't remember his name ) was lovely and got it all changed no problem. I also booked Humberside Airport parking about 6 times (DOH!) by mistake and it was so easy to cancel the extra bookings at no charge. I recommend Holiday Parking to everyone”
