“Really like this service, it's very convenient for Terminal 1 and the staff are always happy to help. There was a bit of a delay on the shuttle bus when we arrived back but other than that all went very smoothly.”

“The hotel was great, you can’t go wrong in a premier inn. We ate in the bar, food was good & service was great. We also had blue circle meet & greet parking. Drop off at the short stay, level 4. Drop off was ok but didn’t feel very organised. When we returned we called them an was told our car would come in 20 minutes. It was over 45 minutes and the service was very poor with one guy sat on the floor in the entrance to the lifts with a mobile phone chasing all the cars that hadn’t arrived yet. I chose meet & greet so that when we landed after a long flight we would be straight into the car and on our way home. Sadly this didn’t happen and we felt it would have been quicker to get offsite parking and jump on a shuttle back to our car.”

“Car was over 20 minutes late on return - staff were dreadful and displayed zero customer service skills - they couldn’t pay for the car parking ticket so I had to pay myself. They didn’t even come to tell me this - I had to keep getting out of the car and chasing. Not a meet and greet service - just annoying and stressful.”

“Good price however directions for car park were confusing and the parking barriers didn’t recognise our registration so had to contact the assistant via the call button at the barrier on entry and exit When we returned to the car there was a dent in the door I assume from a car parked next to us in the very tight parking spaces”
