“Took twice as long to get to destination as advertised. Driver got lost twice and didn't stop at several scheduled locations. I have complained. Said there would be a response within 3 weeks. It has been 5 already and nothing.”

“Premium Meet & Greet at Newcastle Airport is easy and convenient to use. Staff are always helpful and professional - typical Geordie friendliness. It does a bit expensive though”

“We arrived, parked the car checked in without a problem. Booked our departure time 03:30 fine. Had a lovely meal and an early night. The driver was waiting when we went downstairs. This was really hassle free”

“Got stuck getting out of car park the barrier did not lift. I had to buss to get out and the bloke was just messing me about even though I had my booking reference. Which heald up the people behind me. Not really impressed”

“Meet and greet service was superb, clear instructions for arrival and met by friendly polite staff, clear collection instructions again met by polite and friendly staff my car was returned as I left it, a quick and seamless service Definitely would use again Thanks to all involved”

“Absolutely awful service! They snapped my hand brake and when I confronted them got absolutely terrible service of the supervisor Craig! Spoke to us disgustingly not helpful in the slightest!”

“Extremely chaotic, queues everywhere. I think this the fault of Bristol Airport though as having too many flights departing and arriving at the same time. Coaches from Silver Zone full to bursting. Have used in past and had a much better experience.”

“Really easy service to use, car was collected from us just outside the Premier Inn. Given a card which they recommend you take a photo of straight away in case you lose it. Then off we went. On return, we gave the number a call on the card once we had picked up our cases, walked outside & 5 minutes later our car was returned to where we dropped it. It was lovely & clean from the valet wash. All drivers were lovely & no issues at all, would definitely use again.”
