Normally using the silver zone parking is good, how ever yesterday on our return only one bus was in operation, we had to wait over 40 minutes in the freezing cold, and we were the lucky ones, people behind us would of been over an hour wait. This is beyond ridiculous. Silver zone are aware when the flights arrive and how many customers are returning and should have sufficient buses to accommodate this. It was only fortunate that is was not raining. Not good enough!!!

The service was fine, but not enough information provided by holiday extras. One assumed it was the official meet and greet service and not a random man in a high vis jacket (No criticism of said man) Add instructions letting customers know what to expect. There was no mention of the parking company called blue circle on the booking email. Ie head to the play machine where a blue circle employee will park your vehicle ( I had to be told by the official meet and greet ) I wasn't on the list and perhaps go find said random man. You also have to call then when you have collected bags, none of the numbers worked. The guys there confirmed they had all changed, but luckily my car was ready on arrival. Improve HE! Doesn't take much from your part.

On our return arrival at Bristol Airport from Cyprus at 23:00, instead of the normal bus stop for the shuttle bus we were diverted to an alternative pick up point. This involved a long walk dragging our suitcases. The directions to the alternative pick up point given by the local staff were confusing, to say the least. However, once we got back to the Silver Zone return desk the reclaim procedure for the car key was most efficient.

Club Aspire Terminal 3 Staff were pleasant and helpful when available. However, the quality and availability of food was very disappointing. This has been my least favourite airport Lounge at any of the London airports but still better than being in the general waiting area.

Easy access to T5 from carpark, so that's good. Not so good to find every single thing that could be adjusted inside the car, was adjusted all over the place!

Overnight accommodation was good however I was not impressed with the condition of my car when I collected it from T2. The car was covered in bird poo and it looked like it had been parked in a muddy field for two weeks. The windows had been wiped with what I can only assume was a muddy cloth. Al in all not impressed with T2 car park at Heathrow

Wouldn’t recommend this car park. Not unless you allow plenty of time to drive round trying to find a space. Bays aren’t marked so cars parked all over the place. Doesn’t help that it’s not lit so you can’t see down the isles to know if there’s a space or not.

Happy with the service and the staff are helpful however, sat nav does not take you to the site directly from the post code and the local road signage is non existent or veery small is there any possibility of improving the road signage near to the site

Last parking booking was processed wrong where time in and time out were put as midnight. Not what I requested through the booking form. I had to cancel my booking and rebook in for much higher price only to be informed a few days before departure that it was a system glitch and I could have used my voucher with wrong hours. I always had a good service from holiday extras but on this occasion made me really cross

Booking was fine, friendly staff on arrival at the carpark, had to wait on the bus too long before leaving for the airport?? Returned to find car had been damaged by another customer!!!

Car park system was run perfectly - easy and organised, fantastic. Holiday inn room was pretty grotty - there is no way a 12 and 14 year old could sleep on the sofa bed - not suitable for over 5s. In the end I switched with my son and had no sleep at all and neck ache for the next 5 days!

I get that mirrors and seat positions etc may well be changed but the memory setting on my car was changed, all mirrors moved and more importantly my automatic lights had been turned off meaning I set off without realising the lights were not on. Overall it was ok, have used M&G quite a few times without any issues, didn’t seem as good this time.

Though the hotel was fine, we had 2 different directions for the parking which was highly confusing and led to some stress at 3am in the morning which we could have done without.

Meet and Greet Liverpool airport Signage off Speke Hall Way to Meet and Greet not apparent so ended up in front of long stay. Had to reverse back and pay £5 to get back to roundabout. Eventually found meet and greet entrance by consulting airport site map Likewise no obvious signage in airport concourse directing one back to Meet and Greet collection

Good service but no pickup or dropoff service from Liverpool airport it's saying short walk to terminals but it's 5 to 10 min walk not ideal if you are traveling with young children

Was very close & convenient as my mum has mobility issues. I had previously spoken to someone online regarding this & also staff on arrival. On return my car was parked in one of the furthest bays away from the key collect & was tightly parked between two other vehicles despite a disability stamp on my key fob. It was the closest car park to the terminal though.

I pre booked a parking space and this time I managed to find one. However at the exit (again) the barrier would not rise. I then spent nearly ten minutes with an operator giving my booking reference and vehicle registration number and finally the barrier rose and let me out. Operator helpful and polite the process is not helpful.

The hotel and parking was great but we were sold a return ticket for the hopper which didn't run early enough for our flight despite being told the time of the flight. We were refused a refund on the grounds that we hadn't checked the times ourselves! The taxi for 10min arranged by the hotel cost£32 and we had to pay again for the hopper on return because we hadn't done the outbound trip. We are out of pocket by £45.
