Good price however directions for car park were confusing and the parking barriers didn’t recognise our registration so had to contact the assistant via the call button at the barrier on entry and exit When we returned to the car there was a dent in the door I assume from a car parked next to us in the very tight parking spaces

Very good value for money in terms of parking. Reception area, bar and restaurant are clean and welcoming. The rooms are small and tired , but adequate for a one night stay.

Very hard job getting in the mid stay car park and an even hard job getting out of the car park as they struggle to find how booking . We have used holiday extra loads of times never had delays

The Radisson Red was very good. Clean, comfortable room with easy walk to the terminal. Blue Circle meet and greet was poor. As instructed we contacted them when we were at Baggage Claim and were told our car would be ready for collection in 25 mins. 25 minutes later when we got to the multi storey car park the Blue Circle representative did not have our keys and he could not confirm where our car was. We had to wait another 30 mins before it arrived. We would not use Blue Circle again.

Had used hotel previously with no issues. This time having booked an evening meal told unable to eat in restaurant as no tables available, receptionist unwilling to try and resolve situation. Happily restaurant manager aware of issue went out of his way to resolve problem and were able to enjoy a meal after a 10 min delay. Otherwise hotel and parking facilities excellent .

Vehicle registration number NOT recognised by auto gate, needed help from car park staff. Second time this has happened.

It was impossible to contact the hotel for information and assistance. Breakfast was good.

Long queues in the early hours to drop off keys, have used silver zone before and never had to wait for so long.Then on return shuttle service inadequate very long wait out side arrivals and stroppy driver ordering elderly people to push up the bus aisle to cram us in.Threatening to remove people from the bus if they did not squeeze in like sardines away from the door.Very poor

Hotel was basic. I went a night earlier for my early morning flight with the view of working that evening from the hotel but there was no WiFi. The staff gave me the paid for WiFi code but even this was poor. Dropping in and out of connection. They said it was due to being so close to the airport? Rooms were basic but smelt damp. Okay for 1 night to save early morning travel to the airport. Also had to pay £12 for 1 nights parking. Parking with Jet Parks was hassle free though with shuttle busses running regularly back and forth to the terminal.

the directions to the premium car park were poor, but once found the system worked well and the pick up on return was exemplary. We could not initially recognise that the Ibis budget and the Ibis were not one and the same. Ibis was fine but not of the same standard found in France.

Waited ages for bus, then had to go terminal 3 then 1 before finally getting to Terminal 2. Go back to using Meet and Great next time

Good price but no kiosk at airport they were working off a parked car?? An odd experience. No blue circle signage. Was concerned about the reliability. Placed key in clear palstic bag and given receipt. The phone number to call on return said the mailbox was full. But once did get to the car park level 4 there was the vehicle but as no signage not sure where the driver was? He had try to call us 5 times. But my phone was still on silent! Vehicle was ok so with this knowledge it turned out ok I would not book again savings did not give confidence. Not what I as expected from holiday extras. I have used them before. But not Blue circle parking.

I know the car wasn't the cleanest when we left it - but to return it with mud all over the wheel arches and covered in bird poo, feathers and bits of nest, suggest it was kept in a field while we were away.

Staff lovely but think it has gone downhill a bit choice not same no tablet pastries plus when i looked to poss book again i would have to pay for my granddaughter who is only just turning 3 before our next travel and wouldnt be drinking or eating anything so not worthwhile dont think i would rush into booking again

Really hard to find at Leeds Bradford airport. The email gives you several postcodes and if you choose the wrong one you end up in short stay and as we did had to pay £13 to exit as we had the wrong car park. The signage is appalling and for us we were staying in the travel lodge the night before. But if you plan to park and get your flight allow time for finding it. The actual car park is fine, shuttle bus is tedious to wait for and again is slow. Just allow time to find it get to the airport and probably park up the day before. Otherwise I would simply park in short stay at the airport which is a. 4 minute walk to the terminal and easier to find!

I have used holiday extras many times over the years and has always been of excellent service. Bur our last trip was messed up with the date of bookings. They had booked my car for parking at Heathrow from the 20th of March to the 4th of April. OK not a big problem but the problem was the hotel was booked for our return date the 4th of April. We booked the hotel for the 20th of March. As it's not very easy to get hold of anyone or have a contact number only a stupid computer to write to. We had to book another hotel to stay in on the 20th of March. At an extra cost to our selves. We are still waiting for there customer service team to get back to me about this problem.

Booking process and instructions excellent but unfortunately we had to wait 15 minutes for the car to be delivered once we were at the collection point. Friends who used another provider received their car significantly quicker.
