It's hard to mess up parking and therefore difficult to score well if something small happens. I couldn't get through the barrier at either side of the stay, despite all my details being correct. I had to give all my details to the attendant who seemed clueless. Apparently my details weren't registered on the system. Despite them all being on my booking on the app

Easyto use the app and smooth running when using the airport car park. Easy as drive in and drive out. Would definitely recommend

I paid for the Lounge 1903 but then you tried to move us to the Escape Lounge! We found out through friends that 1903 was still open so after proof we were allowed in ! Not impressed but all was satisfactory in the end.

Easy to park, only one small mini bus running to do collections from the airport back to the car park. Had a 15 min wait for the bus which was ok. Bus driver totally over filled the bus (approx 19 people standing, plus all seats taken), driving at speed which is an accident waiting to happen.

Car park Gvirtually full,resulting in what was described as 4 minutes walk being nearer 20minutes after driving round more than 5minutes trying to find a parking space!!!

Parking on arrival with no issues. Bus driver to take us back was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance with the luggage when two people of my party were disabled. One disability was very obvious. I did ask for help but he just stood there. Puts me off using again in the future

The booking process was easy. I booked LBA short stay which in previous times was directly outside of the terminal. I received an email to say the entrance to the car park was in a different location . On arrival we realised that this is now the premium short stay. We were in what was the medium stay parking area. This was not what we expected and the walk was not easy for my disabled husband. Also on our return we were unable to exit the car park as the barrier told us we owed £640!!. It was quite a while before the help phone was answered, they obviously knew this was happening because as soon as they knew our reg number they said sorry and opened the barrier. I would use holiday extras again to book but next time will use a long stay car park and get the transfer bus as the short/premium stay no longer justify the high prices charged.

Highly recommend Triangle Parking in Southampton. Will definitely use again. Easy to find, easy to park. Taxis both ways were friendly and picked us up quickly. It took us less than 30 minutes to disembark and pick up the car.

The booking process is so easy! The app is super straight forward to use and amend your booking. I also had to call and speak to the customer services team about a few details and the lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and so friendly, such a positive experience overall. The actual parking at the Bristol airport silver zone was just as easy as the booking process. It was quick and easy to check in my car key and just as easy upon return from our holiday. This is the third time we have used holiday extras to book airport parking and would definitely do it again!

Not enough choice of car park spaces! Very busy and very long walk with luggage and children as only space was one adjacent to exit barrier which is a really long walk from terminal
