“The booking process was fine. However i couldnt exit the car park it demanded money from me. Eventually i got hold of someone on the phone who accepted my booking ref. He told me I should have a token.”

“Due to adverse weather conditions, I booked the Ibis Hotel for the Saturday evening. The online booking process was straightforward and booking into the hotel on arrival couldn’t have been easier. The room was clean and comfortable and ideal for my short stay. On the Sunday morning it was just a short walk to Terminal 2.”

“We recently used Airparks at Luton Airport for car parking. It was easy to book and the staff on arrival at the check in desk were very helpful. The drivers to and from the airport were curious. All round good service”

“We arrived at car park on time and we managed to get straight in and parked up hassle free we also managed to get in a disabled space which was even better as I don't walk so good the space was near the front we left the car for 3 weeks and it was so safe the convenience of this parking made the start of my holiday so much better than ever a very short walk to the terminal entrance and at the time it was bitter cold so this was a very good thing I will definitely be parking hear again even though it's a bit more to pay I would definitely recommend this especially to disabled people I was so pleased and happy best parking everywhere at Newcastle airport”

“Silver zone parking is a great service, from booking on line, dropping off the car catching the shuttle to departures was so easy, the return was just as good, we were on our way home within 40 minutes of landing. Perfect.”
