Our room at the Holiday Inn was very good and conveniently placed. Unfortunately we couldn’t have the type of room we booked, so the receptionist gave us a couple of drinks vouchers as an apology! Car parking and transfers to the airport worked well. Only slight downside was our evening meal in the hotel restaurant with which we were a little disappointed.

The drop off was easy although the company had changed hands between our booking and the date of parking. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced as always. The major difficulty was that with the change of company there is now a £20 additional charge to drop the car at T4 and collect from T5. This is not or was not in the information given to use by Holiday Extras. This is the third time of using the meet and greet park and hotel package and the first time that we have had an additional charge Ievied.

Very straightforward. Easy parking at Short Stay carpark. Car ready as soon as I got back. Purple Parking staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to recommend on the basis of this experience.

I paid extra(only £1 or so admittedly) for additional SMS confirmation of this booking. Despite phoning twice and being fobbed off with glib answers that it would appear before I left, I never received anything.

Arrived to book in just behind lots of people booking in themselves attending a convention. Had to wait in line with these before booking in ourselves. Should have had more staff on to speed things up. Otherwise, no complaints.

Have used this before and generally very happy but this time small damage to wing mirror but fixable and the car was covered in bird droppings which has not happened before so am unsure if parking area of cars has changed as a number of the cars returned that night also covered in same

Hard to find a parking space when we arrived. Cars parked in odd places. Drop off and pick up was fast but bus parked in wrong bay at the airport on our return. Bus driver never came to stop to tell customers. No announcement made by bus driver of stops, so some confusion about where to get off for our car park and position of car. Other than that fast and efficient entry and departure.

40 minute wait at the depot for as many customers as possible rather than good service, late at terminal so had to rush. 35 minute wait on return was about to phone when coach turned up. At depot on departure and return service good. But distinct lack of coaches. Will not use again.

Always use Holiday extras as I like the way they keep you informed. This time we used purple parking through them, which was an easy transaction and felt safe and secure for our car. Very competitive. Thank you

When we arrived at the hotel they weren’t expecting us, the man behind the desk must have taken at least 20 minutes to sort it out. On the website it said the cost of the taxi to airport would be around £15, it was £30 with the drop off cost. We got the taxi outside the airport which was £20 quid. It was 4am when we got back to hotel and they told it was cancelled due to a no show. The young man added us. The next morning no breakfast included and so I went to self checkout screen and no sign of our name. Had to wait for the young man to finish with a customer to deal with us. I paid nearly £200 plus £50 on transportation. Really poor all round. The hotel was lovely, bar very nice and the room excellent.

Excellent, you just drive to the barrier, your number plate is read the barrier opens and you drive to an open area. Park the car wait for the bus and it takes you directly to the terminal return the same . Have now used mid stay at least 5 times and will continue to do so.
