“Fabulous service smooth hassle free service from start to finish. We parked our car got dropped off practically at front door of airport and was so easy on arrival called and by time arrived at pick up point they were waiting no worries about waiting for a taxi etc definitely recommend everyone to use , many thanks again”

“Booked for 4 of us to go to the lounge. The rolls were not fresh and bacon very fatty. Not a large selection of drinks and no premium spirits as advertised. No real gluten free alternatives, the roll was soggy and wet so we finished our drink and left we complained to the floor manager who was very nice however, when she spoke to the main manager, he was very rude, told us we’d booked the lowest price lounge and what did we expect. We left our details with the floor manager with booking reference and put a complaint in to Holiday Extras as that is who we had booked through. Would recommend Holiday Extras. It definitely not My Lounge South”
