“Hotel was excellent, bus transfer to airport was very good. Holiday Extras is misleading people, I had to get a taxi back from airport to hotel to collect car, there is a standard charge of £30. Information from Holiday extras said approx £19. People should be made aware of this.”

“Jet Park 3: Easy to purchase the parking but finding parking can be a challenge (and we go out of school holidays). Never wait long for a shuttle to the terminal and the bus drivers are friendly.”

“The process was fairly easy on arrival. However finding the bus on the way back was tricky with a couple of us ending up in wrong car parks, all we need to know is to head for bus stop 11 but the paperwork didn't mention it. Finally finding the car in a huge car park was not easy, it would be so easy if they just had bay numbers.”

“The hotel parking is abysmal! There is never any parking spots available! People have to dump their cars up on grass verges, on pavements/walk ways & even parked up on the kirb on the entrance on the way out! I then came back to my car damaged!”

“I collected my vehicle after coming back from holiday in the early hours of Saturday morning to find my vehicle covered in cement. The company claim they are not liable for the damages but the reckless use of chemicals near my vehicle says otherwise. This is now going to cost me a lot of money to fix as my vehicle now needs respraying. The company should have signs up or at least warned customers about the risk of this kind of damage. My vehicle was also not the only one that this had happened to and if they do not find a way to fix this I will be taking matters further.”
