“A great hotel, we’ve stayed before and wasn’t disappointed with the service. We had dinner and drinks which were great too. The downside was the return and the parking machine not opening or accepting our ticket. We needed to call for assistance and it wasn’t the friendliest of services.”

“Easy parking at jet parks 3. Easy to find & buses come very regularly. I will book again as hassle free. Number plate recognition on entering & leaving opened the barrier immediately.”

“Due to oil pressure trouble on my car on morning of flight had to leave car & use train & metro to airport,talked to company via live chat & explained situation,was told not possible to be refunded the £89:46 that i paid!”

“So happy the transfer I had booked waited for me as the flight was delayed The driver was easy to spot with my name displayed and the transport was a private car a very clean and comfortable drive to hotel. I will be using your company again thankyou”

“Easy to book through the app. When approaching the barrier at the car park it opened immediately due to number plate recognition. Reasonably priced. Buses arrived every 15 minutes and took you directly to the terminals.”

“When booking parking at Birmingham no address or Postcode on any e mails so went to the parking we had last year as email sent by Holiday extra re parking when we arrived it was not there but another car park .It was a good job we gave our self plenty of time to find the right one.That’s the only negative thing about finding correct parking.Every thing else was very good.”

“It's very simple to book parking on-line or with the app. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Number plate recognition at car park entry/exit makes it simpler than having tickets. Quick and simple and hassle free.”

“As usual very happy with Holiday Extras. We used the Manchester Terminal 2 East, which was fine, except that the directions and access is not at all straight forward. Found it very difficult to find…. Terminal 2 directions are not at all easy to see. Actual parking and exit were fine as always.thank you”
