“I booked Meet and Greet, and I have a disability. Where I had to park the car was a too much of a walk for me to get to the reception to handover my keys. I thought the Meet and Greet was like Gatwick Airport they actually meet you at the Airport entrance and take your car back to the carpark, and then bring your car back when you arrive. Stansted Airport needs to consider those who have a disability as this was very tiring.”

“Very easy to use, great price, simple service. My only gripe is the car park itself being a bit messy. The pathways are looking delapidated in places, there are weeds, tree roots breaking the surface etc. It needs an overhaul.”

“Had used hotel previously with no issues. This time having booked an evening meal told unable to eat in restaurant as no tables available, receptionist unwilling to try and resolve situation. Happily restaurant manager aware of issue went out of his way to resolve problem and were able to enjoy a meal after a 10 min delay. Otherwise hotel and parking facilities excellent .”

“Charged us another 20 pounds when we arrived because of the flight time. The car was a long way from the reception even though my daughter had her child with her. Big queue and the gate didn’t open when we drove up.”

“Long queues in the early hours to drop off keys, have used silver zone before and never had to wait for so long.Then on return shuttle service inadequate very long wait out side arrivals and stroppy driver ordering elderly people to push up the bus aisle to cram us in.Threatening to remove people from the bus if they did not squeeze in like sardines away from the door.Very poor”
