“All of the a/c and heating controls were changed on my car - Why ? Also had to pay the Gatwick parking charge of £6.00 on exit as the only way out we were guided to as to go through the charging zone This was a charge we were not made aware that we would need to pay prior to booking”

“Booked Drop and Go car parking at Manchester. All very straightforward and efficient but not easy for passengers with walking difficulties. Getting on buses with luggage and disabled passengers isn’t recommended!”

“Very happy with overall experience. We stayed overnight before flying from Gatwick at the Holiday Inn. Plenty of parking, check in was ok although rather a lot of duplication and manual form filling, can they not get the paperwork pre printed digitally? Had a nice meal in the restaurant although took ages to get served. Appeared to be due to lack of staff, not the staffs fault! Room was lovely and compares favourably to Premier Inn, whose rooms are getting more and more basic quite honestly. Caught the Hoppa next morning, but do allow for about 20 minutes journey time! Coming back, very simple process, a little confusion on where to catch the Hoppa back from the terminal, but soon resolved, quick journey back, gave in our form at reception and picked up our key and off we went!”

“I arrived at the car park and it didn’t recognise my registration as on the confirmation . They let me in after a while and told me there was no registration plate on the booking . I had the same problem leaving and it was embarrassing ,”

“Silver Zone at Bristol - good parking facility, check-in automated, bus to and back from airport efficient, only downside was a long queue to pick up of keys.”

“Have used this hotel and onsite parking a few times now and I’ve never been let down. Park the car at the Delta hotel, check in to your excellent hotel room, enjoy a few drinks and meal in the hotel and in the morning get the minibus to the airport. On return get the minibus back to the hotel pick up the car and set off home. Simple and removes some much hassle - will definitely use again.”

“Great parking lots of space to the rear not to the front of the hotel as you would expect but no problem with parking lots of space will stay there again in the future”
