“The taxi transfer was very well organised, he was waiting for us with a name plaque when he arrived at Agadir airport and was courteous and organised. The return trip was equally well organised, with a reminder a couple of days before our return of the pick up time and again the taxi driver was very timely and courteous. Would definitely recommend this service. It was also the best value when I checked a few different prices before I made the booking!! Top service!!”

“Moxy hotel was great but parking was not at hotel. It was a 10 min bus ride away car park not situated at hotel. Very misleading”

“Car park was closed upon arrival and had to pay for another car park. I have called and you informed me that my claim is being dealt with but I have heard nothing. Very angry will never book with you again”

“Ease and availability on jetpark 3. Price is right too. Only 4 stars as disabled bays need monitoring as full of vans and cars not showing blue badge, we had to park and walk further than was acceptable.”

“Meet and Greet, it isn’t. Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered in my life and I travel a lot. It is not as advertised… ‘Seamless service - parking is done for you. Our most popular meet & greet.’ Given a card with a threat… ‘Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.’ We called as soon as the luggage was collected, walked immediately to pick up our car. Took 4 minutes to get there. Rushed to beat the 10 minutes penalty threat. Was made to wait out in the cold for around 25 minutes with two children after a long journey home. No information provided when requested. Staff unhelpful. There were several other unhappy customers present also.”
