“All went well, picked up quickly for both transfers, first class”

“The lady who picked us up from the airport was wonderful, she knew our flight was delayed and patiently waited for us. Helped with bags even though we insisted we were fine- her driving was so gentle (yes in Italy!!!) The return journey was not quite the same. The car was uncomfortable as it couldn’t fit in two suitcases, harsh breaking meant that a suitcase was either in my side or in my back every few minutes. A minibus crashed into the back of the car we were in and nothing was really done about it. Granted there was a lot of traffic and I’m grateful we got to the airport on time but this was such an uncomfortable journey.”

“It’s pretty much as per on the tin It’s genuinely 5mins from the airport. It takes a bit of finding but if you follow instructions (not Sat nav) you should be OK Staff are very good. They did answer the phone when called Will use them again”

“First time I’ve used the meet and greet at Manchester and it was fantastic from start to finish. Very efficient and it all ran smoothly. I will use nothing else but meet and greet in the future.”
