“We usually have a great experience with parking at T5 but our plane was slightly late back and we ran to the bus stop and arrived at 23.50 to see a sign saying the last bus left at 11.45 pm. We then took a taxi at great expense to find a bus pulling on as we arrived. When I enquired I was told the last bus was at midnight. I said the sign said 11.45 - the man said that’s at terminal 2 so it’s midnight at Terminal 5. Why on earth doesn’t it say that on the sign at Terminal 5? We had tried to phone the phone number given 5 times whilst on the plane waiting for a gate and in the airport but it wasn’t answered except for saying don’t leave a message -what’s the point of the “on call” number? This is a shame as we have previously been very happy with the service”

“Very happy and easy. Just park then take the bus to the terminal. Drivers seemed to gave very little people skills which made the passenger's feel very uncomfortable. Also paid insurance incase we was delayed on return flight then when we was delayed I was charged an extra £15 to leave the car park! So what did the insurance cover for?? OK just needs polishing up.”

“Long stay at Stansted is easy to use, you get in and out in seconds if you prebook. Transfer buses to terminal and back run every 15 minutes, just remember the area where you parked. The only downside are the narrow parking spaces like everywhere.”

“3rd time booking car park through Holiday extras. We used the drop and go at Manchester airport. No hassle free and buses are frequent to take you to the terminal . Highly recommend holiday extras for a great price .”

“The price was misleading as I had to pay extra to the company for child car seats in both directions. We agreed a supermarket stop on the way to the hotel prior to our visit but this was declined upon arrival.”

“Dropping off the car was not only difficult due to no car parking spaces but also a bit casual from the staff. The returned car was waiting when we returned but it was coated in tree sap and a white flower.”

“So far used Holiday Extras twice this year,arrived barrier opened,parking areas applicable to my booking easily found,a bit tight as more 4x4 using car park,well signposted,suggest you back into parking slot,as reversing out at night a bit tight, and exiting car park was the same ,up to the barrier it opens and you are on your way home.”

“We had a good experience with Holiday extras. It was easy to book everything. The car park was secure and easy to use. And just jumped on the shuttle bus to the airport and back on it at the same stop on our return. No problems with the car. However, I have an issue with the hotel..well not the hotel, the staff that we dealt with were very helpful. But our room ended up being booked for the wrong night. My own fault. Although we did cancel that part of the booking before the hotel.was looking for payment so I have raised the issue with Holiday extras to get my.money back from the room. I haven't heard anything back yet.”

“Easy to find then just parked in the bay gave the keys in got a card and then jumped on the bus right to the airport. This was the best car parking service I have had and at a great price.”
