“On arrival the anpr barrier wouldn’t lift so rang the buzzer to find a very unhelpful lady at the other end telling me that the number plate wasn’t recognised I gave her the booing reference and after quite a wait she came back to us with a very off voice to say she’d found it and said we’d probably have to do the same on the way out as there was nothing she could do So I then proceeded to do a live chat to put in a complaint to where I was told it should all be sorted on our return only to drive up to the barrier for it not to lift so had go go through all the messing again this time the lady was very helpful but still had to wait for the barrier to be lifted and having paid just under a £100 for 7 nights I feel is unacceptable as we was only there around 6 weeks before in the same car park in the same car with the same registration number and paid considerably less”

“Easy to book, easy to locate! Service was great, collected the car, it’s a short walk to north terminal. Returning home collected the car!no concerns. Very pleased! Had taken pic of mileage and car. Used 5miles as informed. Will use again. Thankyou x”

“Very good service from mid stay car park in stansted. We didn’t have to wait long to get picked up from the car park or terminal. The whole process was very smooth. Downside was that some low life scum decided to steal the tyre valve dust caps from my car tyres.”

“Car drop off was easy with staff available to help with the machine to drop off keys, then only a 2 minute walk to airport terminal. On returning from holiday the procedure was straightforward. Very reassuring as I was travelling on my own, thank you.”
