“We had a 4 days break in Marrakech in March. We booked a private transfer from Marrakech airport (about 6 miles from the old city/medina) to our hotel, both ways. All went very smoothly. We checked how much a standard city taxi would be (they are regulated at this airport) and the Holiday Extras car was a few pounds more but much cheaper than a hotel car. Our first time there so we valued the guarantee and contact numbers and English-speaking contact. For the return trip (no vehicles could get down the narrow alleys to our hotel) the hotel reception phoned and checked our driver was ready for us (he was waiting at the end of the alley already) and sent a porter with us to ensure we got the right vehicle. We could have done this on our own but why refuse? He dropped us as close as he could to the check-in desks we needed. Only query was arriving from Birmingham - HolidayTaxis are immediately outside the Arrivals Hall rather than inside it, and an airport jobsworth on the door tries really hard to prevent people re-entering to get luggage and wife! If you separate to look for your name card keep in sight of each other - it's a big space.”

“Excellent service as always. Issue with the lounge at Dalaman airport being unexpectedly closed for refurbishment but able to get a refund agreed within a couple of hours of reporting the issue to Holiday Extras. All other aspects of my booking first class, Sentinel parking and Yorkshire Lounge both used without any issues and would happily recommend both.”

“Outward journey went very well, good comms on pick up and location from the airport was made clear. Return journey was a different story, I was worried I'd not had contact from the drivers the day before. On the morning of collection, still nothing, I checked with the local company who sub contracts for Holiday extras and they had no record of the booking. Upon reading back my confirmation email from the week before it showed a different date for my pick up! My flight time and number were clearly entered upon booking and still holiday extras put in the wrong day. How can the wrong day be added for my flight number and time? 10 people impatiently waiting for a minibus back to the airport does not leave a pleasant lasting experience. If it was myself and my partner I'd not be so embarrassed. I'd think twice about booking again based on this.”

“Holiday Extras was a good gateway to booking parking and one of the airport Lounges I wanted. Unfortunately didn't have the one at Manchester Airport, so booked that direct! Apart from that very good process overall.”

“Parking so easy at Liverpool, park, walk 2 mins and there. holiday Extras make it cheap and simple to use, late return cover very cheap and handy when we were delayed for 6 hours!!! excellent service.”
