“Would normally give this a 5 star rating, however on this occasion we experienced problems with shuttle transfer. We were directed to Disability Parking, specifically for our needs, realising that we would not get a Disabled bay as it’s on a first come basis, which is fine, but upon parking in a Bay and taking note of where we had parked, We walked to the bus stop where a sign said Buses will not be picking up from this stop, and informed us to move car to open zone H car park. If the correct signage had been displayed this would not have been a problem”

“Jet Parks 3 has a terrible unfinished surface which makes it impossible to drag a suitcase. It is difficult to find a vacant parking space with no clue as to where one might be... some people give up and park where they shouldn't. The surface has deep ruts which fill with water when it rains so you have to wade through puddles! The signage is illogical making it very difficult to find your car again in the dark. I'm never using it again until it is resurfaced, well lit and each parking bay is given a number which lights up when vacant.”
