“The transfer from airport to hotel was quick and really good. However, can not say the same for the way back. We booked a premium shared shuttle and when we booked we were told transfer time was 20-30 mins. We were picked up half an hour late and then the driver went to about 5 other stops and was continuously going back on himself to get to each hotel, in total we got to the airport an hour and a half after our original pick up time. This was frustrating as the first transfer had been so good and we used them last year and never had this problem so hopefully was a one off.”

“Easy to book, well sign posted, quick access to bus transfer both to and from airport. Will definitely use again if flying from Bristol.”

“A very good option if you’re using Edinburgh Airport. The car park is well signposted and close to the airport. The shuttle buses run every 10 minutes or so and drop you really close to the terminal. FYI the cost was reasonable, a nice touch is as you approach the barrier to the car park your name is displayed on the ticket screen which helps settle your nerves you’ve got the right car park- definitely will Holiday Extras again.”

“We parked the car at jet parks 3. It was so easy loads of parking spaces available and the bus came around every 20 mins but for us it was there as soon as we got to the shelter and when we landed it just pulled up fantastic timing but polite staff very helpful would recommend to all”

“Car park 1 at Birmingham Airport was used for my holiday. Easy booking system and totally ticket less. Self park and collection. Only downside is the number of Disabled Parking spaces Steve”
