“I’ve always used holiday extras to secure my Manchester airport parking in the multi-storey carpark. On this occasion it took me forty minutes to find an empty parking space leading to me nearly missing my flight. Too many cars booked in!”

“Dreadful meet and greet experience with Blue Circle Parking at LHR T4 - avoid at all costs. However, Holiday Extras have been in touch quickly and efficiently to discuss the situation and arrange compensation so I will book with them again. I will be telling everyone I know not to use Blue Circle though.”

“This was the first time we used Holiday Extras for parking and we will do again. Only issue we encountered was the address to drop off our car at T5 at Heathrow had changed and it was only on arrival we spotted the sign but the re-direction worked well.”

“Birmingham airport 2&3 very difficult parking for large cars & many concrete dividers in bays,would prefer 2 floors with more space for larger cars so can open doors without being hemmed in! Good to walk into departures”

“Meet and Greet @ LHR T5 was a disaster - They took 100 minutes to find my car and used the excuse of Eid that they were short staffed. Still people that arrived after me left before me repeatedly. It was not good”

“Meet and greet at Liverpool is almost non existent. I booked it because I am disabled and need a bit of help. You are not met or greeted you have to park yourself post your keys and then get into the terminal unsound. On return you have to first find the meet and greet which for me was a very long walk away and the reclaim and find your car. Yes I had booked assistance and that was no help either. I was abandoned as soon as they got me off the plane”

“Very good but the barrier wouldn't open when i put my ticket in. And asked me to £380. After i recovered from the initial shock i phoned the people and apparantly it didnt read my licence plate. they proceeded to open it so it was all good.”
