Good location very close to Gatwick Comfortable rooms Shuttle bus every 15 mins Quick check in and out process Good price for 1 night stay and 10 days parking

Everything went smoothly but the cost of parking at airports is very high . I’m a pensioner & it’s difficult

Premium meet and greet is a service I’ll always use. Close to the terminal, a bit pricy but saves taxis and queues and also gets fast track through security.

Brilliant service, both for the departure and arrival leg of my journey. There was a coach waiting for me on both occasions, which left within a couple of minutes, and when I got back, my car was there waiting for me, in perfect condition, and the key was at reception. Efficient, friendly service at a decent price, and to top it off, it avoided the ULEZ charge! Fantastic, highly recommended.

Good service as usual. Can be a long journey as Terminal 5 is a long drive. But always use Holiday extras.

I made my original booking on the morning of Saturday 17 February to include an overnight stay at the hotel and parking until Thursday 29 February. The overnight stay was booked for Sunday 25 February. When I received the booking confirmation I immediately seen that the dates were incorrect and went on the app to amend. Despite doing this several times the booking wouldn't amend - is there a way to see that these changes were attempted? So as this didn't work I made contact via the live chat function. I got to the stage where I believed this was sorted with one of your live chat staff before the chat disconnected. I subsequently went back on the app today to check something related to a booking in March and saw that the booking still had the correct car parking but the incorrect hotel booking. When I contacted customer support I was told that nothing could be done other than sending a retrospective complaint as the hotel booking 'had now passed.' . I had to make a further hotel booking so a total of £292.73 has currently been paid to a booking of a night in the hotel and 4 days parking. The final response from holiday extras was very poor and unhelpful and as such I will never use this company again and would advise others to be very careful

Customer service was really good. I didn’t have to contact them but the booking process was easy. My only gripe would be too any emails after I did my initial search and then made the booking. Two reminders a day for two weeks.

No vehicle was available for us upon arrival in Rome. The local provider said there was a strike and Holiday Extras were told of this before we left the UK. Cost me an extra 50 euros. Not the best start to our holiday.
