“Took a while to find a free space at the very back of the car park. 1 bus down so had to transfer to another bus at the gates to go to the terminal. On return, bus stop was overflowing and the bus soon filled for the journey back to the car park. Difficult to see out of the bus windows due to the graphics on the bus so had to stand and keep checking for the right bus stop number!!! Staff all very helpful and polite.”

“Impeccable! Drove up to the barrier at the multi-story carpark which automatically raised and, 14 days later, did the same thing to leave. No tickets, no traffic, no queues, no issues. The parking space was just a short walk across a road to the check-in desks with trolleys available by the lifts. Couldn't have been more convenient and, at around £11 per day, reasonable value I thought.”

“I phoned and asked to add on another airport fast track for my friend. I was happy to pay for this, but was told they couldn’t / wouldn’t help me. I had tried to purchase 2 fast tracks at checkout but the system would let me. A ridiculous situation and unfortunately the customer service teams had no desire to help me. Definitely won’t use Holiday Extras again!”
