“The parking arrangements were excellent. Very friendly driver helped us retrieve our keys. The bed in the Holiday Inn hotel was hard and uncomfortable and we wouldn't stay there again.”

“I have written to you via email, I had originally booked from Thursday 31 Oct to Monday 4th November, then I changed that to Tuesday 5th November at 01.00 and was charged £17 for the additional day, yet when I arrived at Manchester Jetpark 3 I was unable to exit without paying another £15. Which I did. Why did you overcharge me, I want this cancelled.”

“Met expectations but at present there are a lot of diversions and construction around the airport. Don’t be in a rush as there are well monitored speed limits too.”

“On collecting car it was dirtier than we could have imagined, plus it was not locked, with no parking brake set, although auto gear in park. Not as expected, below usual standard.”

“Really easy to use car park. We decided to walk to T2 which took 10-15mins. Very helpful staff at the car park too. Would recommend using this car park.”
