“Took my chosen arrival time away from me so if I had been delayed I would have been charged 25 pounds. I advise people not to input the flight times, if you can avoid it please do.”

“Hotel as expected although staff not the most welcoming i have encountered. As this was a hotel booking without caf parking, I did not understand why the HE website insisted on knowing our return home date. Any reasons pleae?”

“I am always skeptical of these bookings actually working (previously had recurring issues of bookings not being recognised at airport car parks) but let’s be fair: you’re here because the price you’ve been quoted is significantly cheaper than paying directly to the company. Only issue was my name on the booking was “tempextra tempextra” but I was found via reference. This was probably a result of their website confirmation page which I just could not get to accept my details! Thankfully it eventually took my car reg, so the car park portion of the booking worked flawlessly. AND I got the hotel portion easily enough.”

“Dreadful instructions to find car park 2 , member of staff on reception rude and obnoxious! On return Austin was very helpful , finding car on return is like a needle in haystack and barrier didn’t work waited 15 minutes to sort Beds in hotel so uncomfortable! Never again”
