Vauxhall way parking Luton. Male Mini bus transfer driver very arrogant.

The transfer company had really old and a bit smelly cars. We have used Holiday Extras for transfers before and it was excellent but this time it was a bit rank. Not sure I’d risk it again.

Hassle free clear directions and got to the barrier and it just opened took the ticket same on the way our barrier opened without the ticket happy days

Simple and easy processes for both parking and insurance. Important things that are easily overlooked but necessary and the process on both of these was very quick and simple but giving me exactly what I needed.

Lovely easy process … drop off car, catch shuttle bus, check in and reserve table for dinner and a large glass of wine, hit the sack… have a great breakfast, walk to terminal building, check bags in and do a spot of last minute shopping! Stress-free start to your hols is a must :-)

Meet and wait I’m afraid. I rang 3 times. Could see my car location via App. 45 mins waiting in the rain for the car. Had followed procedure through airport and rung when through baggage reclaim Poor service

Parking of car simple and short walk to airport check in and I have used it many times. However, I thought it was very expensive compared to what I have been charged previously

Parking experience fine at the start of the holiday. Unfortunately we arrived back at T4 (departed from T5) and were not aware that the car park does not service T4. We tried calling the support telephone number but couldn’t get a response, despite it being daytime. After much dragging of bags around trying to find a bus stop, or someone who could tell us where it was, we ended up having to pay over £20 for a taxi to get back to the car park. The response from the car park reception was just a big shrug.

Excellent price for fantastic transfer- we were taken in air conditioned luxury minibus. In the return the driver was 15 minutes late but when I rang the office instantly got hold of him and updated his ETA.

The check in process was friendly & staff very helpful. The key drop off & collection went very smoothly. The staff in the restaurant st the hotel were great & the food was fantastic

Booked car parking and airport lounge Car parking 10/10 Nil issues Had to change car last minute- straight forward Airport lounge was okay food a bit disappointing chilli prices salad not a lot of little things and the salad didn’t have much, it was busy and they were short staffed, the staff were lovely

I have booked through you before with 'one night stay and long stay parking' but this time the parking was not at the hotel as it had been before ,but Long stay carpark at airport!! It was not obvious when I booked, and was a real inconvenience and quite unsafe, as you have to walk back to the hotel on a narrow road with no pavement with all your bags!! As a retired person on her own, it was very inconvenient.

The Delta Marriot hotel Mancahester is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. On check in we were given our room key. When entering the room we found guests already staying in there, very embarrassing for both ourselves and them. We had no apology from reception when we were given our second room. The tv didn’t work, the hairdryer also didn’t work and smelt of burning when we tried to use it, all of which was reported to reception. When we went to the bar and asked to take a drink to our room we were told they had no take out glasses. On checking out we found the lift had been used as a toilet and someone had been sick on the stairs.
