“Hotel room was very noisy. Restaurant / Bar was way overpriced. Pickup was appalling, nobody answered the phone, had to ring reception twice and after nearly one hour was picked up from T1. Not great at all.”

“Everything was spot on. Ease of booking, pick up and drop off locations and timing. Communication was great, cars were lovely, drivers friendly and helpful. Price was very competitive. All went smoothly and eased my mind.”
