“I only have one criticism and that is that customers car registrations are not automatically recorded by the hotel along with the booking reference, it is one less stress for the customer”

“Used valet parking as was considerably cheaper than the terminal car parks and was concerned that it would not be as good. In fact - no problems at all. Easy drop off, I called when I was off the plane as I had no luggage and my car was sat waiting for me when I got back to the drop off. No ticket required to get through the gate and away. Very good experience - simple and efficient!”

“Perfect experience we will definitely use again if we fly from Manchester. Easy drop off and booking in. Clearly sign posted to meet and greet reception on return. It is so close to departures we went straight to drop of our luggage then to the hotel both within a few minutes walk”

“Hotel room was very noisy. Restaurant / Bar was way overpriced. Pickup was appalling, nobody answered the phone, had to ring reception twice and after nearly one hour was picked up from T1. Not great at all.”
