“I booked the transfer for the following day. It all went through ok online. I paid for it. Id got to the airport to meet my transfer and was told my details hadn't gone through the system so I'd no transfer so had to make my own way to my hotel.”

“First time using Airparks park & go at Luton. Very impressed with staff there to greet us, tag for keys already printed. Bus there & back good. Easy retrieval of keys from locked box car easy to find. Good value for money.”

“Generally I have had a good experience with Meet & Greet however this time I came back to find my alloy wheel scratched… I guess these things happen however they didn’t own up to it and came out looking surprised. I’m sure the driver would have known about this so I would have appreciated them owning up from the start. Two days later I’ve still not heard back from Customer Services.”

“Discounts for early booking its walking distance even with luggage from the check-in desk. On return its a simple procedure to get your exit token and you deal with a person at the airport”

“car parking and night in hotel great holiday extras top staff at car park friendly and efficient. i got my car back so quickly. Easy and fast drop off and pick up. Great value for money. perfect for north terminal”

“Great staff at car park friendly and efficient. Also responded really quickly to text messages when I asked a couple of questions. Easy and fast drop off and pick up. Value for money. Only lost one star as I hadn’t realised that the bus visits all terminals before T5. The way it was advertised with Holiday Extras suggested it was a T5 car park - it’s kinda not it’s located near T2 and bus visits all terminals - makes for a long ride from T2 all around perimeters.”
