30+ days and still waiting n order that was due to be with me in 6. Ordered during the virus outbreak, expected some delay, but this is beyond ridiculous. How can they keep their website open for orders when they cannot fulfil ones outstanding from 30 days ago. Customer service is non existent. This will be remembered when the world gets back to normal. Stop being so greedy Homebase and look after your customers

Ordered and paid for goods. Delivery estimated 3-5 days though expected longer due to covid 19. Did not expect still to be waiting 4 weeks later. Customer service is shocking. Received an email stating goods would be delivered in 7 days - none arrived. Received second email saying goods would be delivered within 7 days. Still no goods. Cannot speak to customer service on phone so twice sent emails asking for refund. Again no response. Aware there are issues with delivery bu5 you as a company should not give delivery dates that cannot be kept. Now struggling to get a refund

We ordered garden furniture from homebase and they took our money fine and delivered it fine but the quality was awful so we have asked for them to collect it and refund and they have fobbed us off over and over again for over a month. I used to use them a lot, I wont ever use them again after this. Joke of a company.

Disgusting service and zero communication. Placed £800 orders on 30th March. All delayed. No communication from them until I complained to the CEO. Now 28th April still missing half of my order. No updates. Now recieving an automated reply that no emails regarding deliveries will be responded to. Yet still taking new orders. Will never shop here again. Disgusting.

I have sent 34 emails to CANCEL an order which was paid for on 6th (7 Day Delivery) with no response from Homebase. Today DHL have contacted me regarding delivery... My order was CANCELLED! Do not order from this company. I realise these are very difficult times, but ignorance is unacceptable

Ordered, money taken immediately, delivery date put back so cancelled order by email & recorded delivery cancellation form. Emails blocked, no communication just heard DHL are delivering today - Arrgghhhh😡🤯 Do I try to reject the delivery or do I accept delivery and then try for collection and refund? I asked Homebase that question via email but Surprise, surprise Homebase have failed to answer that email either!!!

ordered garden fence paint and decking stain at the end of March which was both showing in stock with a three day delivery its now the end of April and despite emailing several times have not received an answer... Absolutely shocking do not order anything from them, its a complete shambles

Placed an order on 11th April, part of the order was delivered on the 15th, which was great, but the balance has not arrived yet. Repeated e-mails politely querying when the outstanding order might be delivered have been ignored. That there have been delays is understandable, but not responding to e-mails is not. Appalling customer service. Am left wondering if the order will ever be completed, and if not will I get a refund. I would really like a reply to my emails. They are quick to take the money from your account, and are still taking new orders, which they shouldn't do if they cannot honour them.

We ordered some flooring on the 13th april with a quote of 1 week delivery. Still no sign of it coming, emails bounce back and no way of contacting. Really bad service and absolutely no communication, I would.not recommend ordering from homebase

Ordered £100 worth of paints 4 weeks ago, nothing received nor any email to indicate if it will be sent any time soon. Want to get refunded to buy elsewhere but looking at previous comments this seems pointless... Can't believe they think it's ok to keep taking orders when they clearly can't fulfil them!

I ordered a home delivery over a month ago. I have received 1 parcel and have not received my other 2 parcels. I have contacted DHL and they have told me that no other deliveries are die to be sent my address. I have tried to email you on numerous occasions and have not received a single email back. I am disgusted with the poor service. You ate quick enough to take my money yet can not make contact back. And still no sign of my giid which I paid over £100 for. I would like to know where my delivery is or would like my money back, yet can not reach anyone. Very disappointed and disgusted.

We placed an order on 21st March with a 3-5 day delivery, it is now 28th April and still no sign of the garden furniture. No response to any of the emails my partner has sent to numerous email addresses, and no way of getting someone to issue a refund. We completely understand that these are trying times, however, there is no excuse to ignore customers for 6 weeks when you have taken their hard earned money. If anyone is looking to buy from homebase, I’d think again.

I went to the Altrincham store Sunday 26 th April a lady called Claire helped we with garden fence paint she was polite helpful and totally went above and beyond . Total credit to Homebase thanks for your help Claire x

Avoid Homebase!!! Ordered a patio garden set over 4 weeks ago - on 8th April was emailed to say item would be delivered within 7 days! Heard nothing since. Shame on you Homebase … all your competitors are coping and delivering within time frame. If you can't cope why do you continue to take more online orders and peoples money. The Great British public will remember the professional companies that served them well and were honest during these uncertain times, these will be the surviving companies ….. I don't think Homebase will be included in this group.
