Absolute joke of a company..Customer care is appaulling!!!!! 8weeks on and still waiting on my refund.

Ordered items in March. Some of them arrived but still missing £126 worth! You only get auto responder emails if they reply. Requested a refund ages ago but no response. Homebase you have wasted everyone's time and money taking too many orders. You're still taking orders when others have waited 6 weeks for nothing!

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Never in my life have I come across such appalling customer service. Doing the right thing during lockdown, we ordered all our fence paints, brushes etc. from Homebase using their delivery service. That was on the 7th of April (5 weeks ago!). After a week we tried ringing, but no doubt due to the volume of complaints they'd turned their phone lines off and would only take emails. We've since sent a further 2 emails, messaged them via their facebook page and an internet enquiry. Still nothing and still no phone lines open. Worst DIY store by a country mile - do not even risk ordering from them!

Online ordering is a joke. No show of goods after 5 weeks and seemingly impossible to get a refund. Goodbye Homebase (again)

I have just ordered a Chair and a part was missing from the box . I email the assistant manager at Leeds Moor Allerton who was on her day off but she arrange for the driver to come back with the part the same day. Amazing service thank you

Order goods on the 12th April and they still have not arrived after being told I would receive them on the 4th of may. Waiting for a refund but they are thieves and I will never shop with them again

Just over a month for 2 cans of paint & when it arrived one can had the lid off & although in a plastic bag what a mess. Homebase well done I wont be using you any further Thanks!

Order placed on 26th March, still no refund or delivery six weeks ago later. Received an email stating delivery would be on 1st May, didn't happen. No response from numerous emails, other than auto responder mails. Totally pathetic for an order where items were shown in stock. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered on the 12th April with a 10 day delivery promise. I have since contacted them 4 times asking for a refund and I haven't had a responce.

Order placed on 9th April. Money taken but still no goods. Notification of delivery for 4th May but nothing arrived and no contact. Appalling service. Will not use a Homebase again.

Homebase has still not contacted me or delivered my goods I placed nearly 2 months ago. Appalling company which I hope goes busy for such shocking service. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY YOU THIEVES.

Order arrived late (which would have been fine if only they would keep customers updated) one item out of 2 completely smashed. Branches wont accept returns 'in case of contamination' and no customer service phone line in operation. I was told by my local branch to hold on to the item 'until all this is over' Only available communication is an online form , I wont hold my breath for a refund then. The invoice that came with my order still states that you can return items to stores and gives the customer service phone number. Useless

Do not buy anything from homebase. I wish I knew this before I ordered something online. Then looked at twitter and saw the hundreds of people asking where their stuff was. I ordered something on 4th April. It still hasn't come. Now i want a refund. Luckily it only cost £26 which is less than some people who have lost hundreds. But I still want my money back and they are ignoring all emails. Awful company. I dont think they ever had any intention of sending the item out but were quick enough to take my money.

Order placed 29th March. 10 day delivery. Was informed there would be a few days delay( acceptable in the circumstances), 4 weeks later. Nothing. Cancelled via e mail, no response, sent another e mail to reiterate I've cancelled order. FedEx messaged 1st May to say they were delivering on the 4th. Number of items was 5. Odd as my order was for 9. Told FedEx not to deliver, id cancelled the order and contacted my bank to claim my money back. No response to e mails. No phone line whatsoever. Beyond appalling.

What wrong your still taking people orders and money . But you cant cope with orders you have got. I order on 8 April 2020 online . I got 2 packet of seeds 2 weeks later but rest order I still not got . Try email you message you on facebook more than once . And not once have you reply to me . From what I read there other customers having same problems . It disgrace to treat your customers like this and Ignore them like this .
