Home Depot Online delivery is the Worst! Product to be delivered 2 days ago, now today and now when I call customer service they tell me these are all "estimated" arrival dates and it may be here in the next 2 to 3 days! Never buy anything from Home Depot online and expect a delivery when the system tells you it's arriving could be a week later.....

I ordered a bbq grill from our local store and told the people that we were having a large bbq and needed by the following Friday. They said, no problem, it will arrive Thursday. Then, three days later the send me an updated email letting me know that it would not arrive until the following week. I cancelled it. Then, I let them talk me into purchasing yet another one. They promised the same time frame but the day before it arrived, some lady called laughing to let me know that after all this time, it had arrived with damage but do I still want it? These people no longer give a damn about their customers. Try Lowe’s.

Never again will we rent tools from Home Depot. Between the equipment not working and the poorest customer service I have ever seen anywhere, we will not be back. Yesterday we came to rent a trencher. We arrived at 9 and didn’t leave till 11:30 because of incompetent help in the rental department. Eventually we had to get behind the counter and help the individual on the computer. The trencher had no trailer, nor was any offered. ‘You’ll have to lift it in.’ Because that won’t throw anyone’s back out. The switch was ‘wired’ to a clamp. It was not connected to anything. There was no gas in the machine. Which would have been lovely to know when we had already wasted the entire morning at the store. One of us could have gone to the gas station or we could have gone on the way home. Instead we have to waste more time. Check-in ‘just leave it out there’. No check in. No help unloading the heavy machine.

Never ordering anything online again. Second time where I'm given a delivery date and gets pushed days later. What's the point? Should say "estimated arrival", not delivered by. Customer service didn't understand English and transfered me over to fed ex who also didn't speak English. Never had an issue w Lowes, so I'll be ordering from them in future.

The people in the store were very nice. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then I ordered 12 bags of topsoil and they said they would have someone loaded in my car. Well, he loaded in the car all right, all over the car. One of the bags was completely open my eight year old grandson said to him isn’t that bag open and the guy said no it’s fine. I also bought a bag of grass seed and he threw the heavier topsoil bags on top of the grass seed and completely blew it out. I had buckets of grass seed all over my car. It was unbelievable.

I didn't receive all my items that were marked as delivered. I contacted customer service and got a person with a really disrespectful attitude. That as well as it being the second time where I didn't receive items claiming delivery makes me very hesitant to continue purchasing from Home Depot. So disappointing.

Not much,Westbury at 11500 chimney rock. I needed help to find what I wanted about 10 employees walked by me and a woman that looked like store manager and not a one said hi or asked me if I needed help, pitiful

I had a very bad experience with Home Depot. I was trying to order a fence. I called 5 stores after difficulties ordering online. Each time I called a store I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, I decided to come to the store near me which was Ridley pa, I was able to buy it but the girl who processed my order made a mistake. She told me the fence came with a post and kit. When they delivered it there was no post or kit, I tried to call the store and asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold for over 10 minutes then took me off hold but left me waiting for over 10 minutes then took me off hold but didn’t speak to me. I could hear her talking to other people but she never came back to speak to me. I decided to return to the store to return the fence, I spoke to a guy who claimed to be the assistant manager but he made no effort to help me. He seemed angry. I went to the girl who made the mistake initially, she apologized and tried to return the fence, that took over 30 minutes, at first she informed me she was not allowed to return it, I wasn’t going to leave without my refund. After several minutes and my insistence they were able to offer me a refund but informed me it will take a few days to see my money. I used a debit card, I should have seen my refund right away. Hopefully I get my money back . it’s been a horrible experience for me. I am not sure I will shop at Home Depot again.

I want to share my frustrating experience with the Home Depot credit card to warn others. Last July, while shopping at Home Depot, the cashier offered me a credit card with $200 instant cashback and 12 months of interest-free financing for purchases over $299. I decided to purchase $3,400 worth of products for my new home with this card. Initially, I was pleased with the 12-month interest-free offer and cashback. After returning home, I set up a paperless account with autopay. However, I recently noticed over $900 in interest charges on my account. When I contacted the Home Depot credit card company, which is managed by Citibank, they informed me that the interest-free period was only for six months. This contradicted the information I received at the store. I was advised by Citibank to discuss the issue with a Home Depot manager. I spoke with a manager at the Mount Prospect location, but they insisted that the issue is with Citibank. Both companies seem to refuse responsibility, leaving customers like me in a difficult position. After discussing this with the police, I was advised that it's a civil matter requiring legal action. They also suggested I consider shopping with competitors like Menard's in the future. If I had the resources to hire a lawyer, I would pursue this matter in court

The store is managed poorly. The associates are very good but home depot policies are very poor . Not customer friendly.

Your web page is terrible to use. I want to look at ceiling fans yet on your web page you want it narrowed down so much that I can’t get any ideas, going to Lowe’s to look on line. Dave

The man working in the paint department at the Home Depot Centerville, Utah, store on April 30 at 4:30pm MST provides the worst customer service. I was first in line to be helped but he helped two other people first. When he finally got to me I asked him to mix up a gallon of Behr semigloss paint in the color haze. He couldn't find the paint on the shelf so I pointed out there were six gallons of semigloss right next to the tint machine. Then he looked up my previous orders and saw I had ordered Haze in a satin finish one year ago and said I wanted satin. When I told him we use Haze satin in the living room and bedrooms in rental condos and semigloss in the kitchens and bathrooms, he apparently became flustered and walked off. So I ended up getting the paint I wanted at a Home Depot in Salt Lake City. Ralph Wakley.

Very, very poor Executive Escalations experience. Customer service is antiquated and glaringly lacking. No accountability, much misinformation and zero concern. I emailed the CEO - Ted Decker, in hopes of getting a resolution. No help. I have been speaking with a Katelin Seaholm, she mindlessly emails misinformation and brushes off that, she erred in doing such. No executive management personnel available for assistance.

Cecil made time to help me, spent alot of time, helping me figure our grass seed , mulch, weed killer etc… my first time trying to plant grass. She was crazy helpful, googled what she didn’t know to make sure I had what i needed. Walked in nervous, walked out confident. Huge thanks to Cecil!

Ordered countertops and a corner kitchen cupboard. Cupboard got lost. Sonthey shipped a replacement and waived shipping....fine. Ordered counterops. A set of 4. The longest one was lost in shipment so they refunded me and told me they couldnt send a replacement but im welcome to re order and pay additional shipping.....so now if i want to finish my countertops itll be another $55 because theyblost my order.

My husband and I needed a new refrigerator. We were told it would be here between 3pm and 7pm. We waited, received a notification they were 2 stops away at 6pm. Still waited. No phone call or any updates. By 7:30pm my husband calls. We were told they had no clue what happened but we did not receive our delivery. Now, we have to wait 3 more days. That's if they show up.
