They didn’t fulfill my order and told me they did. An item was missing from my order and they said it was in the box and basically implied I am a liar. To remedy it I am to make a claim with my bank and reorder it. Why would I reorder it with them if they can’t fulfill it. The first time I called about it, oh it’s still on its way, I see the box right here but it’s running late. It wasn’t in that box either. I called back and they said it was delivered in the first shipment and won’t believe me that it wasn’t. Took asking for a supervisor 3 times to get one. Going into the store wasn’t any help either.

We were shopping for a kitchen faucet and a bath showerhead at the Home Depot on Jefferson Blvd. A certain employee, Carla, was very knowledgable and helpful about these items. She gave us her time in an unhurried manner and helped us find the items that meet our needs.Nowadays, we are grateful to find an employee who knows his/her products and can explain their workings; you can't always find this today!

We purchased a Rheem water heater at home depot in late December 2024. We were not hone for 6 weeks only to return and fine the hot water murky. We paid to get it flushed but the problem continued. We lowered the temp.but nothingseemed to work. On 3/29/25 We decided to take it back to the store on South Padre Blvd in Brownsville Tx andtgemanager was amazing. Hewas extremely helpful and authorized the exchange right away. We are so grateful because we are senior citizens on a fixed income. We had to pay again for reinstating but we are relieved that we didn't have to purchase another waterheater ... Thank you very much!

very poor customer service...can't even change a customers email and i was on the phonr with them over anhour and evenyuallt cancelled my order...but no way to get verification of the refund as they can change/correct my email....i will never order from them again.....hard to believe something so simple can't be done without or even with hassles on the phone....

Delivered team didn’t confirm phone number and they called wrong number on delivery date. Now she has to wait 3 days for next delivery. Customer service not helpful at all. Next time I will stay away from this company.

I don’t even know why I gave it a one. I’ve bought a lot of appliances from Home Depot and a lot of stuff lots. I should have realized the first time not to do that anymore because your delivery people are so rude and God forbid you ask one small question because they never know the answer And if you don’t have a $50 bill in your pocket, then you’re not gonna get any help at all even after you’ve paid the delivery fee. I love Home Depot store, but I’m not buying anything else from them. I’ll just go the extra mile to go to Lowe’s. I am not a complainer at all, but this time I thought I better let somebody know. Whether it does any good or not. Rebecca Roberts. I bought a brand new stove and a dishwasher and I was gonna go back and get a microwave and vent hood.

I was very disappointed in the customer service in the flooring department at the Regina east Homedepot. First of all the flooring guys were seriously hiding from helping customers. And when asked for help they were rude. When I finally got help and everything I needed. Went to pay for my product as I was told and waited and waited. Finally the front end cashier went to track down where the product was I purchased as I was told they would load and bring it out. No one was getting anything ready. They told front end cashier they knew nothing about it! She showed them everything and told them to bring it out to the truck and load it. They were rude and when I asked them to wrap it they rolled their eyes. And when it was done, snarkly said happy now. So rude. The front end cashier was awesome. So glad for her or I would have still been waiting a week later! So disappointed!

Do not use Home Depot for military discounts. Continuously having problems never getting through and never getting through to sign up for it.

I recently contracted with Home Depot to install a new floor in my home. I picked up all the products brought them home waiting for the contractor to show up. When the contractor showed up it took him 5 minutes to cut the carpet that was on the floor already and determined that he could not do the job because the floor was not level. I was able to return all the products to Home Depot. But within 2 hours I received a call from Home Depot stating that I owed them $250 because a contractors did come to my house. I explained to the manager that he was there for 5 minutes and that did not justify $250. I explained to him he did not do the job he only spent 5 minutes to determine he could not do the job so I should not have to pay anything. The manager said the best he could do would be cut the price in half so I would only owe $125. Be very careful when you sign a contract with Home Depot make sure they tell you if the contractor cannot install the product is there going to be some additional charge.

I went to the self service checkout and was about to start scanning a two part purchase when one of your employees decided that I needed help and proceeded to scan everything as one order. When I asked her to take off some things so I could do them separately, she was not happy. Your employees should wait to be asked for assistance instead of assuming they know what the customer wants.

Home Depots' customer service is absolutely terrible. Brought a refrigerator and had it delivered to find out that it kept rolling forward when you open the doors. Usually they have leveling feet in the front to keep it from moving but this one did not. No one could give me a straight answer as to how to fix this problem, and it seemed they didn't care. The technicians were looking through the instruction manual trying to find answers, that they should've had to begin with. Thinking that it might have been defective, we opted to have it replaced, but when they showed up with the replacement, they showed me that it would be the same issue-no leveling feet, just rollers. It even has threaded holes in the front where the leveling feet should go, but they said it didn't come with the fridge. I later found out that the manufacturer sometimes will omit certain parts in order to save money on the product. Mindboggling. After all that, we just decided to get a refund. Never buy an appliance from these people. They simply don't care.

Please stay away to buy in Home Depot online. I pay for a refrigerator, I use online service because will be delivered in 2 days. When arrived was damaged, so I asked for a replacement, then the nightmare began . As I didn't get replacement, I canceled and still today 12 days later can not get my money back . Be careful

The way people are and the way this world is today the two guys that delivered my dryer were awesome polite and a very I don't have the words it's you don't see people like this anymore but they were great and I give him the highest rating I can you can check if I'm a real person by going to my home Depot account Lorraine Gallegos delivery for March 14th fantastic job awesome guys

Went to self checkout because I am not in a hurry and I like to verify each item's price as a scan them. Before I could even get 4 ft from the open register, the sco employee blocks my cart, scans the items really quick so I can't keep track, then puts them into a bag WITH A Hole in it. Then when I pay he scoops the receipt out of the machine himself . WTHell. I can give the receipt info if needed. Lapeer MI HD

I was looking for the anvil leaf rack, there was none on the rack. I asked for assistance; Chris from gardening was very helpful. He located some you had in stock. They were on the top shelf beneath several other large boxes.He proudly unloaded all of them to get the one I needed. That was very commendable of an employee. A job well done Chris.

I had a question about a plumbing product. After waiting over 20 minutes for advice, I left. There was only one associate in the entire store that could help with plumbing, and he was at lunch. Ridiculous! The location of the store is 1-10 and Studemont, Houston. Don’t go there if you need any help! I wasted my time.

Home Depot price match guarantee is a joke don't even try, I bought a impact at home depot in Ft Myers Fl found it cheaper on Amazon and another retailer, went on home depot's website to find out if they price match amazon which they do as long as it's shipped and sold by Amazon customer service argued with me said they don't match anything online both the ladies that were working said the same thing i showed them their home depot website and they still argued not a big deal got my money back and purchased online. Then I called home depot corporate and they argued with me and told me that it's up to the store? So how are you going to put a price match guarantee on something and not honor? Is that not false advertising? I'm not going any further with it this is just to let the consumers know not to try to price match with home depot. Now Lowe's completely opposite they will price match and not argue with you.

We had cabinets installed over two years ago. One cabinet door has warped and replaced after waiting weeks for the part. Replaced. The new cabinet door warps. Call home depot. Send a technician. He orders the part. Wait another two months. They finally get back to me and tell me that installation is out if warranty,but they were happy to try and steer us to one of their contractors. I'm picking up the cabinet door tomorrowand will install myself.

My recent problem they told me next day delivery. I called they mentioned I will probably get it in three days I don’t need it in 3 days. So I canceled the order online, 10 minutes after I did that the order status changed to item shipped. I called them to change that because I needed the item right away, they couldn’t because according to the associate the item has already been issued a ticket number. Amazing how after things moved when I issued a cancellation.
