Hoppa emailed me to ask for additional location information for my booking. When I sent this they said they couldn't edit the info on their own system and asked mr to cancel and rebook, When I did this the website said they would refund the total minus 30%. I asked for a full refund as I wasn't happy with this and they refused stating it was my fault that I had entered information incorrectly and they couldn't be held accountable. Beyond frustrating. I've set PayPal & Barclaycard on them to resolve this as they now don't respond to my messages. Under no circumstances should anyone use this service and I hope they are shut down! Disgraceful.

HOPPA KEPT MY MONEY!!!DO NOT USE THEM!!! Booked for 2 people to a hotel in Spain for an upcoming holiday i paid excess to Hoppa in case of any problems with booking. My Hotel provider changed our Hotel to another as original Hotel is opening later now. Hoppa wouldn't let me amend original booking said i had to cancel and re-book this i stupidly did and paid another £10 deposit for transfer to the new hotel which is about 5 mins by road away from the Original. I applied last night for refund of £24.80 of original booking included pics of hotel change which was nothing to do with me (which i thought would be covered by my excess i paid to Hoppa) only to receive a swift e mail reply saying (your application has been declined and is now closed) short and sweet. Well i'd rather lose the £10 i paid to rebook to them than give this robbing company another penny, and will use another company for my transfers, especially after reading the reviews on here which i wish i had done before initial booking. I only get a state pension , but they obviously need the money more than me or any of us who have lost their cash. (didn't even offer credit points which i wouldn't accept anyway on principle as paid cash). I will now contact my bank to try and claw it back.

Scam alert!!!! Do not book with them. They will take your money and won’t show up to pick you up!

Appalling service from hoppa. Flight landed 19 minutes early at Prague, pick-up time was 19.15, the time the flight should have landed. Getting through passport control was a nightmare and took almost 1 hour. I tried to call using the emergency number (00420776599443) which did not connect, so could not notify anybody of our delay. Once in the arrivals hall, at 20.00 looked for the driver and had several drivers apprioach as they were obviously waiting on passengers, however no sign of our driver. Another driver approached us and asked if she could help. She rang the number and was told that the driver had left at 19.56, 1 hour after landing not 1 hour from the pick up time. I was left with no option but to get a taxi which cost £30. Then received a 'no-show' email followed by 'proof' by the driver, this showed a picture of his phone at 19.56, but his report stated that he left at 20.05, a blatant lie as we would have seen him. Hoppa refused to pay my out of pocket expenses, so I'm £30 out of pocket. I have used hoppa before but this is the third time they have let me down, will never use again. AVOID!!!!!

DONT USE HOPPA They said it was a 80 min journey from airport to my hotel, it was double that. And didn’t drop at my hotel, I had to walk on a busy road for about 15 min

Terrible company to use. Impossible to get any reply out of them, every contact is met with a vague auto-generated email. We had a journey booked to and from the airport. Return journey they were 35 minutes late, and I had to call numerous times to chase. Spoke to a rude woman who went out of her way to be unhelpful, coming up with excuse after excuse and would only tell me the taxi was a "few minutes away". To top it off, when we got to the airport the meter price was £27 as opposed to the £45 we'd paid hoppa (including the 10% "discount"!). In summary, terrible customer service, expensive, late and additional hassle - avoid at all cost!

Awful. Only one hour between each service in the evening when many flights arrive with pax wishing to use the hotels. Several friends going to another hotel ended up by taxi as their bus never arrived. We were the only two passengers on our bus but still had to endure calling at every hotel. Not good enough.

Booked and paid for a transfer which didn't turn up. Was told to get a taxi by their local rep and that they would give me a refund which they are now refusing to do - they will only give me credit which is not what I was told. My return transfer was 30 minutes late and after calling twice to chase, they sent a taxi not a bus as they'd clearly forgotten this journey too. Stressful end to the holiday as was worried about making the flight in time. Terrible service. Do not book with them.

We booked a transfer from Marmaris to dalaman airport on the 9th October. The form would not accept a booking without some flight details but all we wanted was to get to the airport and then go to a hotel for the night. We put in a flight to make the booking and received an e-ticket confirming a pickup at 14.00 which suited us fine. The driver apparently decided to call at 9.00 am instead of 14.00. Of course we were not waiting at that time and he never contacted us via phone or the hotel reception. So far, they refuse to refund our money and refer to p.3 of the e-ticket which asks us to check the time. We were happy with the time. What they should do is make it clear that the pick-up time they show refers to the flight departure time and not to the actual pick-up time. Incompetent organisation.

We booked a shuttle coach bus for 2020, but it was cancelled by COVID-19. They gave a credit , it's fine. After COVID_19 ,they stopped the shuttle coach bus , private taxi only, the price is £288. Just ridiculous money. We don't want to use , we request refund , or arrange the shuttle coach , but they refuse both . Just they stole our money !!!!! Don't use this company , not honest business .

Wrong hotel on booking form,tried every way to change it,as was worried I wouldn't get picked up to come home,they don't amend,you have to cancel,now they refuse to give me a refund,as I cancelled,it was their fault,horrid company,stay well clear

Awful, still waiting for refund. No answer, customer services appalling. Was left at Heathrow Airport with vulnerable distraught daughter. We had to book a black cab home. Hoppa awful, never ever again. I'm taking them to court unless I get a refund ASAP. A matter of principles.

One doesn't notice that it is a scam at first! Booking process is very smooth. One week before departure I received an email that an amendment was required. The link provided in the email takes you to a webpage which only lets you confirm the amendment without showing any information or what the amendment is about. Once clicked you receive an email that the booking was successfully amended, but nothing changed. A day later I received my voucher with the confirmation, pickup time etc. Unfortunately no-one was there to pick us up. The agent responding the emergency number informed us that our booking was cancelled by Hoppa and that they could not do anything about it, also not sending a new driver. This resulted in us negotiating with a Taxi driver next to the road to take us to the hotel. I tried to call the UK number many times to lodge a complaint, unfortunately one does not get further than listening to the waiting tape. A complaint can only be lodged via the website, there are no contact details. The email received after two working days informs you that they regret what happened and that they refund you in Hoppa credits, whilst I paid an additional EUR 21.60 to get a full refund. Eventually one needs to go to the refund website, which does not work either.

They refused any changes. Take minimum of 48 hours to respond. Absolutely money grabbing company. DO NOT USE

What i have read on this site is (( absolutely Disgraceful )) This company should be took off the Internet Advertising there services I am so glad I read the very bad reviews of this company.

Scam company who do not turn up then will not refund you. They left me stranded with my small children when they failed to turn up. They were uncontactable by phone (including their "emergency" number). I now need to lodge a charge back with my credit card company as they will not refund me and will only offer a credit for their useless service.

Arrived with my three children at the airport. Upon exiting there were, the usual, many transfer companies holding boards to indicate who their customer was. No sign of this company. I was left stranded and had to organise my own transport at additional expense. Got in tough with the holiday company who ‘assured’ me it would be ok at the end of the holiday getting back to the airport but I’m not willing to ‘chance’ my luck on whether they arrive or not to be faced with an even more pressing urgency to return. I’ll be claiming this back when I’m home, although many other reviews indicate this company are diabolical at obtaining refunds for the services they offered and then failed to deliver.

this attached review is exactly what is happening to me at this very moment. 😡😡😡😡 Kian Scott-Loach “We’ve used Hoppa many times before but in these Covid times, Hoppa are worse than useless. They emailed telling me I had to cancel and rebook because their supplier needed more detail on the address. I cancelled but then received an email telling me to claim a refund. The process was frustratingly complex and there’s literally no way to contact them - they no longer take phone calls and their online ticketing system just sends you an automated and unhelpful response. I’m now £196 out of pocket with no transfers. Booking with a company that literally has no customer support and won’t engage with you makes them no more than a scam. When their customer services try to push you towards their ticketing system, it doesn’t work properly - I’ve literally tried it dozens of times and it either just sends you a generic automated response that’s completely unhelpful or it refuses to allow you to submit it. I’ve been left with complaining to my card company and Trading Standards but will issue a summons if needed.”

Absolute disgrace. They cancel the bookings, then refuse to refund you the money. Scam fraudalant company who are destined to go under! Do not book with them under any circumstance, save yourself the hassle!
