I bought a pair of shoes in the sale HoF, Worcester, the label read "Were £53 now £15" I bought them in good faith. When I got home and got the other shoe out of the box it had the original label on the other shoe showing the price as £38! The sale label did not say 'previously sold at another store at £53' I had an email chat with someone and basically they weren't interested. So please be aware that any article you wish to purchase in a sale is the genuine price.

Shame to see how a shop with such a high standard and wonderful clothes trick their customers. On 26th December, I bought 2 same jackets in Dundrum shopping centre, Dublin only to find that the cashiers have given me one which was ripped on both sides... so much for a Christmas present for my cousin! Always check your goods after you pay for them at the cashier...

I ordered 2 dresses on line , big mistake , to use your company and lack of return customer services or managers response was so poor its a joke for a big company of your so called calibre.!! And I'm so magical that whilst i was on an plane travelling on holiday with my family some body signed for my parcel and it was left in the bin site of our home on return . When i explained this 3 weeks later on return of my holiday i was pass the return policy even though i explained the parcel was left outside behind a bin and it was weathered they still did not except this , i told customer services i can send proof of the airline tickets but instead of trying to understand this is a genuine error left by the courier the dress i returned to them for a refund they returned straight back to me with no refund ..as i remarkably signed for the parcel 33,000 feet in the air ... !!AMAZING isn't it !!!!! When i returned one of the dresses and asking for a refund as one dress was to big , and having corresponded to your web agents . I get phone call today stating you are keeping by funds because of your return policy .. Even though i was high in the sky on a plane .. i will never use or go to any of your stores because you steal peoples good hard earned money and remarkably Luke calls today after such a long wait to hear from the customer poor service to tell me you are keeping my money due to this error from the delivery service , he does not want proof i was away the day of delivery and all the family in the house hold was on the same plane as me .... ! Their policy will stand even if i contact the chief exc of house of frasier ... I will do my good deed and give the dress to a good charity shop and never shop or deal with this company again ... shame on you for not even taking any consideration or values of your clients who shop at your stores .... well regardless I'm done with your company an its worth giving the dress away not to seal with your poor customer service dept who are based in Scotland .... shame on you

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. I MADE MY WAY TO LEEDS TOWN CENTRE CHRISTMAS EVE TO RETURN AN ITEM HOPING FOR A FULL REFUND. THE WEBSITE STATES I HAD 28 DAYS, GOT THERE TO BE TOLD ITS WAS ONLY 14 DAYS AND THOSE TERMS ONLY APPLY TO ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE, BUT NO WERE DOES IT STATE THIS!!! IF IT DID I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THE STORE AT SUCH A BUSY TIME. IN STORE I'M TOLD I COULD HAVE A CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE. THE CHAP THAT DEALT WITH ME ALSO HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND SEEMED TO BE TAKING THE WHOLE SITUATION PERSONALLY. I ALSO THINK THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE CLOTHES ARE OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY. LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND TO BE FAIR I'M VERY SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

I received the wrong item. Return postage was supposed to be free but the post office charged me. My refund can take up to ten days! I was on the phone to customer services for over half an hour speaking (or father listening) to an extremely condescending person who refused to refund my postage and refused to put me through to a manager to voice my complaint. Shocking service and I will never order from HoF again

Absolutely appalling customer service. kept holding on for 30 minutes x 3 times with no one answering. Organised a return of furniture took the day off work (annual leave) they sent the wrong transport!!!!! and now unable to get through to them on the phone It took 7 phone calls in the last week to organise the pick up and it still did not go to plan. Terrible service.

On the 16th of December i ordered a men’s lacoste jersey and PAID EXTRA to receive it within 2-4 days since i wanted to give it to someone on Christmas day! Today it’s 4th January and i still have received nothing! Not even an email to excuse yourselves for not bringing it on time or not even a simple call to say why it still hasn’t arrived! I’m gonna keep giving you bad reviews until i see the package on my porch. This is unacceptable.

The customer service in store and at their complaints chat line is absolutely appalling. Returns policy is totally inadequate only 14 days compared with major competitors like next which is 28 days. not bothered attitude and no discretion showed in store or elsewhere in the company. Purchase two items for my daughters on 14/12/2017 and went back to the Nottingham Branch on 30/12/2017 was told that returns window had expired on 28/12/2017 in affect only giving me the 27th and 28th of December to get my refund. Spoke to the store assistant and manager with absolutely no discretion or concern shown for the customer. Would advise everyone to stay clear of this company and have a look at the horrendous reviews on trust pilot too STAY CLEAR go elsewhere.

Order online delivered wrong size, ask for replacement told sent back original order either take it to post office or branch. For refund and reorder again which is minimum order for delivery. Only reason IV order for convenience becomes a inconvenience and take 20 minuets to answer the phone.

Rude staff member in fact when questioned because of her rudeness found out she was a manager of the department I wanted to return something back to I went on what she told us about return policy which she denied I asked if I could get money back after Xmas if gift wasn't right and was told yes Brought it back 15 days later to be told no refund after 14 days store policy her manner and response was appalling in fact she sniggered at me she made me feel so little I left the store really annoyed and upset I have complained to the customer service department and they have said they will look into speaking to the member of staff I replied further but they haven't even took the time to respond I have a voucher to spend in this shop from the refund and will not return again after this has been spent Loss of a good customer My advise start sending some mystery shoppers into your store who have a problem and see how customers are spoken too

I have been trying for THREE DAYS to buy an e-giftcard for my daughter in law who lives in the UK without success. I managed to by one for my son, but when I tried to buy one for her the order was cancelled. It is not a problem with the payment, since every time the bank provided an authorisation code. I chatted with the agent and was told that I had to wait for 24 hours before placing a second order. I waited. Again I was refused, i chatted once again. This time I was told the waiting for a e-giftcard is 48 hours. So I waited again, to be refused again. Ii seems that people from other EU countries are not allowed to buy individual e-giftcards for each family member living in the UK. I am really buffled.!!!

Completely unreasonable return policies, particularly given the fact that they are the ones who sent the wrong item... suggestion was made for me to pay for another order so the correct one can be sent to me...how does that make any sense???

I have been complaining since July this year that I have been unable to order on line it is a problem that you have not resolved and in fact have not dealt with. I am able to use my card in store and have been told it is my phone number which can I say was not altered when the problem occurred i.e. details were the same when this initially happened I have since altered phone number as suggested to no avail. My latest email 2 weeks ago has not been replied to. This is obviously an IT problem and no one at House of Fraser owns a problem and deals with it. I do not live near a store and therefore used on line and have been a faithful customer for over 30 years is this the way to treat customers !!!!!!!!

Ordered item - was told it was delivered to distribution depot at Yodel. Heard nothing for days. Lo and behold...finally told that parcel had been ‘lost’ - no concern for fact that this was Xmas present. No effort to find parcel and I have now been told refund wil take a minimum of 10 days. Disgusted - will not use HoF again

Paid for a next day deliver and 4 days later the parcel still hasn't arrived! So disappointed as I needed this item for a Christmas party and its not going to arrive on time.

Horrific customer service. Would not exchange item without a receipt then when returned to another store with the receipt they said it was over 14 days so would only refund £99 into a gift card!! Total scam by HofF to keep your money. Avoid if at all possible as other high street shops have far better customer service and returns policies. For what is meant to be a high end store their policies are very down market!!!

I returned an item to House on Fraser on 30th Novrmber 17. I was advised to enclose a letter which I did for a full refund. They have not acknowledged the letter and have not issued a refund . I phoned that was a waste of tine, useless. Still no refund and acknowledgement of my letter. I phoned again and said I want to raise a formal complaint, I was advised this would be responded to in 48 hours. I emailed and raised a formal complaint 48 hours as long since passed. Still no answer and no refund. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I Bought a product but didn't receive a receipt, I then realised I had bought the wrong size as it was a Christmas present for my friend. I went to ask if I could exchange it but the cashier was very rude and unhelpful saying she couldn't do anything and that I must have lost the receipt as all the staff hand out a receipt. Obviesly she doesnt know her colleagues very well. I am disgusted about how this member of staff treated me saying I had lost the receipt when I know for sure I did not recieve one.
