Well, I didn't know until after I got the tracking number that it was China Post. They plaster Canada all over the advertisement to mislead you. Robo responses to my email questions. “Ordered well in advance, as I now see others did. Was told they would arrive before Christmas. They did not -- arrived in package from China the day after Christmas. NOW, I am just hoping they will do what they said they would do. Hoping and praying that is so, as I got several to go to family and friends for Christmas. “So I ordered the resurrection plant like a fool I believed what the advertisement and reviewers claimed. It took weeks to arrive but only a day to have the $13.90 taken from my account. It did not green up and look marvelous as in the photos. It is now growing mold! I am trying to get a refund for the money this company scammed out of me. Will never purchase from them again.”

“I ordered the end of November. I wrote twice asking for an update and was simply told "Your request (27483) has been updated". The tracking number is useless. It has been marked "out for order" since Dec 6, and it is now Dec 26. I ordered THREE zoom microscope cameras, and had to buy three other presents on Christmas Eve. I am furious. I thought this was a US based company, as well. Shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise.”

“From Facebook and looking at the Humble Household website, thought I was purchasing items from the US. Again, I have been sent items from another company in China - Zhejiang. Paid $38Au for silicone covers for containers, trying to reduce my carbon footprint as their ad on FB suggests. Ad also features people and home settings which clearly are western based homes. Tired of being mislead by companies (and companies using FB as their platform) to scam customers.”
