The whole thing -- the fake site, the service, the quality of the goods -- is low quality. I wish I'd done my research before ordering. (Serves me right to click on a Facebook ad!)”
“Don't ever order from Humble Household. I ordered 5 items on November 23. Three of the items came, but in separate shipments. I am still waiting on the two pair of Guardian Angel earrings, which I ordered as Christmas gifts. I have sent several emails with no response, except for the computer generated one. I just sent my last email today and if I do not hear back, I am contacting the BBB. When I saw the items were coming from China, I knew not to expect much. Thank goodness for all the discounts I was able to use.”
“I wrote a review a few days ago. I was not pleased. My products had not been delivered since the order placed early November, 2018. Canada Post had an expiration notice on my tracking number and communicated during a phone conversation, there were no records of my order. Correspondence from Customer Service Reps with Humble HouseHold resulted in a timely and productive resolution to my concerns. Sheila and Ginger were exceptional with their attention to my issue. I have been
reimbursed, money is back in my credit card account and they offered another option to re- order with a discount to apply. Well done Humble HouseHold!!!!”
“I ordered 5 gold plated roses, only received 1, which came damaged. The rose was in a light box and shipped in a plastic bag (from China), the box was crushed. I notified Humble Household about the short shipment of 4 roses and damaged box. They replied right away asking for a shipping # which I sent and have never heard from Humble Household again. No refund and no shipping of the rest of the order. I would rather give them a half star if one was available. Be smarter than I... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HUMBLE HOUSEHOLD....”
“My products either came extremely late, not at all, or broken. I keep getting generated email back with no satisfaction in sight. They do not get back to you in a timely manner and I still do not know if I will be reimbursed for the no show or damaged packages. Their messages just keep saying they will get back to me. This is a really bad company to do business with and the products are not quality products, especially for the price you pay. I'm very unhappy with these people and would give them a minus 5 if I could”
“If I could give this company a -10 I would. When I finally did get my things and not all of them the quality was poor, or it came damaged, broken, or not at all. All christmas presents ordered before Thanksgiving. Nothing, if at all, arrived on time. Have sent dozens of emails only to recieve nothing but generic messages they would get back to them. They did request pics of the broken items which I sent and have heard nothing since. Worse company I have ever dealt with. This is a warning not to deal with these scam artist. I am going to my bank today to file fraud charges and get all my money back.”

Come to find out they passed the order onto some outfit in China. The item not only didn't make it here for Christmas, but it supposedly in in usps's hands somewhere in china. I believe the item item is on a slow rowboat from china crossing the Pacific ocean if the Tsunami didn't capsize the boat. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
