“I received the most beautiful felt donkey wrapped in turquise tissue paper, in a lovely parcel tied up with string. A complete delight. The donkey is for out Palm Sunday celebrations at St. Oswald's Churhc in Knuzden, Blackburn. I know the children will love him - and the 'big chidlren' too. Thanks so much. Rev's Anne Morris”

“I ordered a pendant which was listed on the website as 'out of stock', I checked to see whether they could get it to me in time for a birthday gift, they assured me it would be and indeed it was! Beautiful gift, very well packaged. Customer service was excellent - Thank you Sophie, Giovanna and Chris.”

“Loved the products I ordered but think the delivery specifications should be made clearer - I paid extra for next day delivery but didn't realise that due to placing the order after 6pm it wouldn't arrive until the day after next.”

“Excellent service. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend's birthday. On ordering the item, I had included a note but not selected the gift wrap option. It was my mistake but Sophie rang through straight away to confirm what it was I wanted. The item arrived at my office in London within two days, beautifully wrapped with a note to thank me for the order and an additional card. Will definitely shop here for presents again.”

“Yet again another swift delivery from this fabulous company. This time for mother's day cards. I love the handwritten that always seems to be on the invoice. It shoes customer service above and beyond. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for cards that are different to the norm. Another very satisfied customer. Thank you again”

“Ring very pleasing in design, although even when the back overlaps, it is still too big for my finger. A choice of sizes would be good. To be honest, I found being bombarded by text, email etc about the tracked parcel a little overwhelming, especially as the name of the senders did not match the company name. Actually deleted the email, as I believed it to be spam-until the texts started arriving--why so many? Packaging really good, if a little OTT--but will be using the brown box/paper to send another present in the future, so its recycling value is worthwhile.”

“Service was excellent Delivery was better than anticipated Products are beautiful One grumble only, which is me being really really picky, the website doesn't resolve properly on tablet, so I had to boot up my PC to browse more easily. But this won't stop me using them in future.”
