“Beautiful belltrees forge candle holder! Exquisite gift wrapping! Will definitely be ordering from Iapetus again & again. I was slightly disappointed however, as I assumed the small pillar candle was also included with the holder as it was not listed (as it normally would be) that 'candle not included'. If I'd known, I'd have bought a candle myself to make the gift complete.”

“I received the brilliant level of customer service that I have now come to expect at Iapetus - on this occasion it was a website purchase for collection. A chat with them (on the on-line facility) enabled my daughter to collect the goods for me. The recipient of the gift was absolutely delighted upon receiving the unique and individual gift.”

“Web site makes fascinating browsing. First time I visited (this year) there seemed to be gremlins loose. In the end, I had to abandon my search. The next day, there was no problem. I placed my order without difficulty.”

“I ordered one item on-line. I live in Australia and needed a small gift for my sister in the UK. The item arrived within a few days of the order being made and, as I understand it, was as expected. The description of the delivery of the item was that it would be in "a tube" but it was actually flat-packed - which confused my brother-in-law who was looking out for the former - but that's hardly a problem!”

“I was searching high and low for a very special gift for a colleague how was retiring and wasn't having any luck until I went to Iapetus. Whenever I need a special present I immediately go to Iapetus as I used to live in Malvern so know how beautiful their items are. The present was really one of a kind and although sadly I don't live in Malvern anymore, their website was so helpful and easy to use, even a chat window popped up to ask if I needed any help and the gift was posted to me quickly and conveniently. I love Iapetus and will always come back, time and time again.”

“Great customer service, packaging and delivery + mktg promotion £2 voucher. But the hare pendant (more tiny charm) was a huge dissapointment. Unlike the massively blown up picture where you see all the detail, the hare is so tiny and so flimsy - a tiny sliver of silver really - not chunky or 3D at all , which the picture gives the impression it is, once its on you see nothing, unless as a friend of mine commented 'you peer closely at your chest'! And far too expensive for what it is. Will not be back.”

Hello Ellie, Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you liked our service but I'm very sorry to hear you weren't happy with the pendant you received. As I'm sure you appreciate it is a bit of a challenge to represent jewellery exactly online as you want the photo to be big enough to show all the detail of of the piece whilst also demonstrating the scale in real life. Obviously you feel we've come up short here. If you aren't happy with the piece you are still within the timings of our returns policy meaning if you pop it back in the post we'll issue you with a refund for the piece. Whilst I do take on board your criticism of the price, as all our jewellery is handmade in the UK there is typically a premium versus more mass produced jewellery. We do work hard to offer the best price we can to our customers whilst also ensuring our artists also get a fair price for their work. I hope you do come back to us again.
