This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They lost my crib and storage compartments on the first arrival so I only received my wardrobe & changing table. When the two items I did receive were put together the changing table split when screwing in a part, the wardrobe had a bubble in the paint & a wooden piece in the back broke, but supposedly their furniture “doesn’t usually break that easily”. The next time, a dresser was delivered and broke when screwing in another peice. I have the dresser scheduled for the carriers to pick it up. They come, drop off the replacement dresser, but don’t have an order to pick up the cheap/defected dresser. They apologize saying they messed up and will have it picked up when they deliver my crib 2 days later; remind you by this time I have already taken two days off work, with them stating the second time I took off they could accommodate me after 5pm, which didn’t happen. Saturday rolls around, after cancelling plans so we can get our crib, a delivery truck pulls up, sits out front for 30mins & drives away with no explanation. I have to call again & they said they didn’t put the crib in the truck & will have to see if they even have it in the warehouse. You call customer service, their call volume is high & you are then disconnected (every time you call). I had to learn you press irrelevant numbers & you will be lucky enough to be transferred to someone. So all in all, I have lost $$$ waiting around for them to deliver items which never show up, quality is poor on the items received & all they can do is say “I’m sorry we can not provide you with a refund & we will schedule to have it delivered at a later time”. I extremely disappointed with the service I got through ikea & I will never shop with them again.

I went to the Sunrise store yesterday to buy 6 patio chair cushions. When I got there I did not see any of the ones I wanted. I then asked an associate there who was in the area behind a computer about what I was looking for. She answered "If you don't see it we don't have it anymore". I told her that online it stated that there 13 available, she replied in a harsh tone , that the company's supply can be wrong too. I walked away until another associate further away asked how he can help me. I told him about the cushion, he said if you see one on display get the #s and he would search the computer. Well he searched and got the info on the computer that stated the aisle and bin # to go to. I got the 6 and love them so much went back for 4 more. His name in SEAN MULLINS in sunrise store. He went above and beyond. thanks SEAN for your help. The other associate needs more training in customer service

Just wanted to say thank you to the three delivery men that delivered our bed yesterday morning. Excellent service, I could track the driver all morning, the driver called when 1 hour away and upon arrival, they were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very refreshing

If there was an option for no stars, I would have picked it. Had an automated call that delivery would arrive Saturday between 9am and 9pm. I called to ask for a tighter window and was told I would get a second automated call later that night with a four hour window. The second automated call gave me a window of 11am to 9pm. I called again to ask for a tighter window. I was told the computer made a glitch and my items would arrive between 11am and 3 pm. The delivery truck called 30 minutes before and arrived at 1:15. However, the truck only had one of the four items I ordered. I tried calling customer service to see what happenned. After many prompts a recoring said call volume was high and no help was availble. I will not order from IKEA again. Absolutely not worth the time and energy.

I have waited over 2 weeks to get a wardrobe built due to Ikea's mistake have phoned few times to be told it will be sorted waited in once again and nothing only been told pack lies I am so angry about it they take Ur money for purchase but don't ever intend to fix there mistakes

Only one part of my item arrived today. When calling Ikea they said second item is out for delivery today. I contacted parcel force and they said ikea did not dispatch the 2nd part of your delivery till last night so you won't get that item till Monday. Absolutely fuming. Called ikea again and spoke to Casper who was rude and patronising. I had to ask to speak to a manager. Not happy at all with the level of customer service and want to know why my item was not sent together as it was a one piece wardrobe.

I ordered double bed slats that IKEA said we’re 54 inches wide. They sent two 26.5 inch slats. Could not reach customer service called for days. Return to closest IKEA and had to pay shipping. Had a call from IKEA store that they received return and would process a refund that did not include shipping either way. Even though their web site had the wrong dimensions. Have not received refund in over one and a half months. Customer service emails have not been responded to. I consider them thief’s.

Had a super-king mattress delivered and the guys wouldn't take it up to the bedroom - wide stairs, one flight, lots of room. Said it wouldn't fit then when told mattress of same size already in other bedroom, changed reason to too heavy. Website says "in home, delivered to the room of your choice" but the lazy delivery guys make their own rules. Currently mattress is in my front hall, no way for me to get it upstairs on my own. Their customer service team keep saying "health & safety" in their emails (Swedish for don't care?) and are no help. They offered me 4 meals in their cafe as "a gesture" - as if I am every going in a store again!!

Delivery service are terrible. I bought huge sofa and huge dresser in IKEA i told them that i living on 4th floor with no elevatore. Girl in the store told me this is ok, just give them 60 dollars. Now i received call from delivery guy and he said you have no elevetor i can t help u. So what i have to do if i living alon and i have nobody to help me here ...... Delivery service terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never go back there .......

Customer service aweful. If you put a time up for pickup you can’t be off over 45 minutes. And when asking status told to sit and wait for your number...

Even not one star Order number 10186220459 Collection removal furniture They did not come to collect my old sofa thst day and they did not call me or any messages either an email. When i called ikea they offer me 30 pound gift card but i have to pay 150 pound to my tenant because they could not work for two days cause they had to wait at home for collection. Im gonna take an action about this situation. The worst untrustable company. This is my last shopping from IKEA

They are literal bottom feeder trash. I temporarily lived in Sweden, and this Swedish company should be ashamed of themselves by marring the image of that country with their crappy customer service and bringing nothing but dishonor. First, they'll fail the promise they make you. Then they'll get their sh*tty third-party delivery service to leave you waiting an entire day at home, only to call you the day after about the missed delivery, huh. Lastly, they'll try to wiggle away with not refunding you a service fee for providing partially-done service, like how you'd pay an electrician or plumber to drive out to your house, look around, but not fix what needs to be fixed.. the logic. Add to it the fact that their general service line is always busy with no-waiting and their very NOT customer-first attitude, you have nothing but one of the worst company to buy from here.

Worst experience ever. The product I ordered was set up for delivery three times and then delivered damaged. Their customer service number was overwhelmed for two days. DO NOT ORDER FROM IKEA EVER!

Bought mattress - have previously had good experience with them. This one stinks! It’s been over a month now, despite being aired, fills the house with mildew like stench.

Worst experience ever.... After 3 hours of shopping and average walk of more than 3KM and purchasing items with of 4000₹ in the end at billing section they said cards are not working ..and ATM inside also not working.. felt extremely dissatisfied and left all my shopping items in the billing section... Either don't go to IKEA at all or go with cash.. not so great ...

Ikea miami 1- El equipo que da los carts no funcionaba. Hubo que esperar largo rato 2- Los productos no se encuentran en el lugar indicado 3- Productos que dieron la orden estaba agotado. Por que hacen perder el tiempo buscandolo si no lo tiene??? Nunca mas regreso bye bye ikea

It was the worst experience ever! The furniture came two times in front of my house, only to NOT be brought into my appartment, because there was an inclined street and a few stairs to get there. They said they cannot get so close to my door with a truck, because it is too big amd the street to my house is too narrow. They must come with a smaller car. Ok, the first time I unterstood, and then the delivery guy spoke to Ikea guys, and I also spoke on telephon and also wrote an e-mail and described the situation. Then, after they contact me again for delivery only after 1-2 weeks, they send again a big truck!! The furniture cannot be delivered, the second time! Not to mention that I did not live in that city at the time, had to take free day from work to be there on both times! And then I had to move in the new house, but now I was unable to, because without furniture, I could not live in an empty house. The third time was my furniture finally delivered. And I sign that I received everything, because I had really a lot of stuff, I was unable to really check every single small package. Then I noticed that some stuff were missing! Also then I could not assembly the bed, because for that bed one must also order something additional, I mean the thing that goes underneath the matress, but this information is not on the website, not anywhere. Anyway, I’ve only written here briefly about what happened and I skipped many details, but it was a horrible experience and I was close to living in a hotel because of Ikea and I am never again going to buy something from this horrible swedish company! Not to mention that if you want to call to make a schedule for your delivery or to make a complaint, you can never actually talk to someone responsible, just to a lady who just writes down what you say and passes it further. No one ever at Ikea takes responsibility for anything!
