“I ordered 2 rugs that came with free rug pads. Shopping for them was easy and enjoyable since there were great Presidents Day sales and helpful employees available to chat with when I had any questions. The rugs are beautiful, great quality, and definitely pieces that the whole apartment together. Shipment was quick and overall a great experience.”

“This rug is everything I had hoped for, The colors are true to the pictures and the quality is outstanding for the price. In fact I was so satisified I ordered another one for my dining room. Delivery was exactly as promised. All in all no complaints. Execellent!”

“Incredible rugs & decor made it so easy to order sample of the rugs I was interested in. They were shipped in a timely manner and the return of the samples was easy. I reached out to support a few times with questions and they were responsive and helpful!”

“My checkout experience was not good. I did not get a chance to enter the code for a 15% discount, and I did not see a place to request installment payments. I had some kind of approval from Affirm, I think it was. I am quite upset because I do not have that money available in my bank account right now. I can make several payments quite easily, but I did not see anywhere where that was available. Maybe I am just not too bright, but I thought I would be given a chance for this, and instead, Boom, the whole amount has been charged to me! I am not happy about that at all., as you might buess.”
