“I’m in my 80’s and not a frequent online or telephone shopper. This experience shopping by phone was perfect. The rep was kind, efficient and extremely intuitive and helpful. I’m expecting delivery today so I see other employees are as good at their jobs as was the lady who helped me. Thanks”
