“The “See This Rug in My Room” function is essential for doing rug shopping online. I would have given the shopping experience 5 stars except there are many rugs that do not have this feature available, so I’m forced to go to a competitor’s website to see how the rug might look in my room. Also, the 1’6” samples are often sold out and I am hesitant to have a 12 x15 rug shipped without seeing a sample first.”

“Great pricing & service. Only thing I question is they push route ($25) for insurance. Item I purchased was just under $500 which I thought that being shipped by UPS includes $500 in Insurance. Should have questioned before purchase. I thought item was being shipped by trucking Co.”

“Web site easy to use. Prices good. Communication clear. Delivery quick, tho whoever did the final delivery left the rug leaning up against the mailbox leg out by a fairly busy road. Not my first order. Would order again. Would love the rug description to be specific on synthetic fiber. Polypropylene does not have the same look as my older rugs (in same pattern from same manufacturer) made of olefin.”

“Dilene in Customer Service, and her associates, made up for some kind of a ghost that was in my order. She received info that the runners I had ordered were discontinued and so she emailed me. Then I looked online and saw a note on the page with my selection on it saying that the runners would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks, so I called Customer Service to ask if it was true. While D researched, I went to my mail service and THERE WERE THE RUNNERS I HAD ORDERED.”

“We are renovating our home and putting new floors in the living room. I enjoy the large selection on your website, although some of the views are fuzzy online, which makes a selection difficult. I’m looking for a good quality rug for the living room and a coordinating runner for the hallway. I have spent a great deal of time on your website, and I’m confident I will find the perfect rug.”
