“The rug I purchased for my daughter's room was beautiful, very soft, and looked just as it was pictured. My only issue is that it already had a few snags on arrival, so I'm concerned about how long it will last.”

“Ordered sample swatch and will likely purchase the rug. Swatch is a bit expensive, but the program enabling return with purchase is great as long as you’re pretty sure about the purchase before getting the sample.”

“Beautiful rug. It took 6 weeks to deliver because i it wasn't in the warehouse. That's fine, but it was promised a lot sooner. I had to call twice. Wish I would have been notified. BUT. They were extremely nice both times I called. This rug is great quality for the price!!! So pretty! A statement in my foyer.”

“We liked the site and selection was good. But, the rug is too narrow and lightweight for our needs. We like the black background but the other lighter colors look dirty so, we can't really keep the runners and now have to send the back ;-( So sorry to have to do that but, we need them to look crisp and clean to begin with.”

“One of the rugs ordered was damaged in transit..UPS sent it back. Not the fault of this company, but I will write longer review when I see how long it takes for new rugs to be sent out again! People are very helpful on the phone!”

“My wool rug smells musty. Because I have allergies to mold and mildew, I hope the odor subsides now that I've removed the rug from the plastic wrap. If it does, then my rating will be Very Good on all topics. Service was excellent for filling, confirming, shipping, and delivery of the order.”
