“This is my second purchase. I love the selection of rugs and the quality. The customer service is outstanding. My daughter had a recent exchange for size and they were very helpful with return and repurchase, and did this with great enthusiasm. That’s a plus in my book. :)”

“Customer service was very helpful in selecting the proper rug pad for the rug I ordered. They even called me to confirm that my order was accurate before shipping because I ordered two pads and only one rug. Thank you for your diligence!”
