“I received a promotional e-mail offering 20% off of a broad selection of rugs and was excited! Before I could finalize my decision, I received ANOTHER offer for 11% off of the total if I provided my e-mail address, which I did. When I went to my cart to check out, only one code could be applied. I called to inquire about this and was told that you can only apply 1 code per purchase even though that was not stated on the offers. Other than that, the buying experience was fine! Was impressed that I received an email from the president thanking me for my order and explaining that the rug will be delivered in 2-5 days by UPS. By the way, I am unable to give the star rating! I click on the stars but nothing happens!”
