“Even though Rugs Direct had a better price, I went with you because of Dilene, who was informative and quick to chat or return phone calls. Also the Better Business Bureua gave you better reviews. I liked your policy of ordering a sample first although this time the sample was unavailable. You might talk to Karistan about having more samples available. “Grace was fantastic in helping me choose the right rug. (I sent her a picture of my room). We reviewed several choices and came up with the right solution. Then she rushed it so I could get it in a week. Just in time for my contractor to place it under all the furniture that he had to move to replace my flooring.”

“I love this site; they make it super easy to visualize the rug in your room, they have a huge selection, and the products I've recieved are top notch. Their standard shipping is quick; I had my rug in a few days. Combined with their frequent sales, what else do you need? There is one small downside - samples. The samples take a while to arrive. (Like weeks.) Photo tools to image the rug are great, but I want to see the actual product in the actual lighting in a space. It makes it hard to make a decision to purchase.”

“They're very annoying. I buy one raucous gift which I never got to see so I don't even know how it looks... They have written me seven times to buy more rugs. I have hit unsubscribe twice. Be careful. If you buy something they will drive you crazy. As for the quality, I don't know it was a gift I sent it to someone”

Many years ago I purchased four "Guggenheim" inspired rugs in an array of colors that are still fabulous! I look forward to any new design collections that you come out with in the near future.
