“It was a lot lighter in colour than when I saw on the photo. It showed up more pink than the reds however it still goes great with the decor. Thank you”

“Positive: people were friendly and generally tried to help. Issues were manufacturer related, not Incredible Rugs. Ordered rugs on Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday. Negatives: never talked to the same person twice; right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, consistently got either conflicting information or no communication at all, notified Incredible Rugs about problem on Saturday, and it wasn’t resolved for ten days! Never did get a communication about how Incredible Rugs proposed to resolve or did resolve the problem.”

“The customer service at this company is wonderful!! I spoke with a nice lady and decided to order 2 samples. They arrived very quickly and it took 5 minutes to know this was the right one. The colors are perfect. It’s so soft and pretty. The rug arrived quickly, I returned the samples and was refunded right away. Thank you I could not be happier.”

“The rug was delivered before the underpadding. Rug had already been laid out and it was a week before I got the underpad. I had to pay someone to lay the rug out and now I need to pay someone again to re lay the rug with the underpad. I do like the rug a great deal, I thought the colors are beautiful but in certain light it looks very faded and not as brightly colored as it appears on screen..However, I am keeping it.”

“I am very well please with the 2 rugs I purchased. I wish I would have been notified about the delivery in a more timely manner. The FEDEX delivery driver left them across steps to my porch during evening or night and we had rain that night. One rug was wet from a tear in the plastic wrapping.”

“I am in love with the rugs I ordered very much! I bought 1 from another furniture store and searched to find the smaller versions and purchased 3 of them at Incredible Rugs. The salesman was very professional and patient. I also received my rugs quickly. Thank you!”

“After searching for a rug and not finding what we were looking for we came across Rugs & Decor. Took a chance on ordering without seeing or touching. We couldn’t be more pleased the rug is exactly as described including the color, communication was fantastic as we were informed of our order each step of the way.
