“I love this site; they make it super easy to visualize the rug in your room, they have a huge selection, and the products I've recieved are top notch. Their standard shipping is quick; I had my rug in a few days. Combined with their frequent sales, what else do you need? There is one small downside - samples. The samples take a while to arrive. (Like weeks.) Photo tools to image the rug are great, but I want to see the actual product in the actual lighting in a space. It makes it hard to make a decision to purchase.”

“They're very annoying. I buy one raucous gift which I never got to see so I don't even know how it looks... They have written me seven times to buy more rugs. I have hit unsubscribe twice. Be careful. If you buy something they will drive you crazy. As for the quality, I don't know it was a gift I sent it to someone”
