“Not let me and my small business down yet. Packages always get collected and all paperwork, notifications etc. are received in timely manner. I have contacted their customer service twice now for small enquiries and they are extremely responsive and helpful. Good pricing too compared to going direct to the various couriers, so can’t say enough good things really. Oh and the newly updated website is slick and shows me they are constantly improving things.”

“Easy to buy, but the coverage of the extended coverage excludes an insane number of exceptions. While it is possible to ship those items, the fact that so many items are completely excluded from compensation is very very poor. There isn't even an option to buy additional insurance for said items.”

“I sent a parcel to Dubai with Irish Parcels, I would highly recommend them, I had booked with another company that were to pick up the parcel from my home but on 2 separate occasions failed to do so without any explanation, I had waited in all day for them to arrive but they never came. I contacted Irish Parcels, I told them I could not take the day off to wait for it to be picked up so they gave me an address of a place close to me where I could drop it off and it was picked up there the next day and delivered to Dubai 3 days later, a fantastic service, I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.”
