“I would highly recommend Irish parcels. My brother recently left Ireland for the UK but left a small suitcase behind by accident, I got onto iriah parcels online, filled out the forms, customs etc, paid. Bag was picked up on a Tuesday and delivered to the door in the UK on the Thursday for a very small price via UPS. Fantastic service will be using again. 👍”

“I booked and fully paid (€500) for a pickup service with Irish Parcels, operating in partnership with UPS, scheduled for 30 January 2026 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. At approximately 5:30 p.m. on the scheduled day, I contacted Irish Parcels to inquire about the status of the pickup, as no driver had arrived. I was informed by a Senior Team Leader that he would contact UPS. Shortly afterward, he confirmed that the driver would not attend because his shift had already ended. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had arranged my schedule to be present for the agreed time window and was not informed in advance of any issue or cancellation. I was told the pickup could be rescheduled and was asked whether someone else could assist the driver on another day, despite the service being fully paid for and confirmed. Furthermore, during the second call, the Senior Team Leader was rude and showed no understanding of the inconvenience caused. At a minimum, I should have been proactively notified by email or phone that the pickup would not take place. Clients should not be required to call to discover that a confirmed service has failed. While operational issues can occur, clear and timely communication is essential. This matter demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect toward customers.”

Hi Eftychios, thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that your collection was not successful on Friday the 30th. It is very rare for collections to fail however you were not at any point told that the driver had finished their shift. We are disappointed by this misleading comment as you were advised that your chosen courier, UPS, had recorded that the collection had been unsuccesful. Irish Parcels is a courier comparison site and whilst we do aim to assist as much as possible and provide the best prices we can, we cannot individually monitor your collection. Even booking directly with couriers does not allow for this. Drivers will always want to collect on the first attempt possible to avoid further collection attempts. “I don't send many parcels, so I had no idea who to use. I searched Google and found a company that ultimately made a hash of my order. I then searched again and found Irish parcels who came to my rescue. For less than half the price and using DPD & UPS, they collected and returned parcels to their correct locations within 3 days of the order. I would recommend Irish Parcels 100% and will most certainly use them again if the need arises.”

“Booked to have a parcel collected on Thursday 22nd. Thursday passed, Friday passed and parcel still not collected. Told there was “an issue” and it would be collected on Monday. Doesn’t wash with my boss as urgent documents missed a deadline. Very poor.”

Hi Brian, thank you for your review. We can see your collection was attempted by your chosen courier DPD at 10:17AM on the 22nd with the driver noting they could not locate the specific property and that they tried calling and no-one answered. This was likely due to a mistake with your eircode as this was submitted to us incomplete and missing a digit. Our team corrected the eircode for you and rebooked the collecton for today. This was collected succesfully at 11AM this morning. We are disappointed with such a negative review given that the courier did try to make contact to clarify the address and eircode issue as this was through no fault of Irish Parcels or DPD. We would kindly ask if you could update this.

“I have sent 2 parcels via UPS, brokered by Irish Parcels, recently. The procedure is straightforward and additional options, such as insurance, are clear. Once UPS are engage, everything proceeded smoothly. Notifications throughout the shipping were timely and pretty frequent. I did not have cause to actually use the insurance, so that remains an unknown quantity.”
