“I like that this is not only virtual CS, you can ring them and ask for help. Everything is pretty straight forward and prices are very good. If there is any problem they will let you know. Packages are traceable from the website.”

“Pleased that item got directly picked up at my door step even that courier had to climb up about 50 steps. Not so pleased that he called me from next town to Bantry to let me know he is just leaving to call. Still took about 2 hours to wait instead of 20 minutes driving time”

“Didn't get off to a very good start as my parcel was confirmed to be picked up on 1st Feb to be delivered by 6th Feb and after a phone call to customer services it was picked up late afternoon on 2nd Feb. I was rather concerned as my parcel had to be st its destination by 6th Feb!!! I hvve been tracking it and it was delivered this afternoon - 7th Feb. I was disappointed but having said that the Customer Services were very helpful when I phoned them. That is the reason for the 3 Stars!!”

“The quotes for carriage and for insurance were very reasonable. Collection and delivery of the two parcels was made within the quoted time frame so I was very satisfied.”

“I got the parcel ready Monday and contacted you to arrange collection on Tuesday. On Wednesday you told me GLS collected it Tuesday morning despite the fact it was still here. I was told it would be collected Wednesday without fail , again I was let down .IT was not if fact collected until Thursday lunchtime. The service was very poor . All my contact was by e-mail with a customer agent called Chelsea who was most helpful to me”

“Very easy to place my order online and it was collected that morning. I phoned the driver and gave directions. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Very happy with the service. Also online Live Chat were very helpful and answered all my questions. Would use the service again.”
