“I felt a little confused initially in arranging Irish Parcels to collect and deliver my parcel but in the end I was very happy with the service, the driver who collected my parcel was great and put my mind at rest. My parcel was delivered in time. Happy with the service.”

“We have used Irish parcels several times now and are very happy with them, they have a team of very courtious phone operaters to help you, ALL other Irish parcel sites cannot be contacted when something goes wrong at all”

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Irish Parcels. We are very sorry for any issues you have experienced with our service. I can see that your item has not yet been collected. This has been attempted on numerous occasions, however, the driver has noted that no one has been available at the address to hand over the shipment. The driver also noted trying to call the contact at the address, however, was unable to reach them. Please contact our support team directly via email at info@irishparcels.ie so that we may reschedule this collection for a more suitable date.

“Initial booking simple. Comms and tracking updates poor! needed to phone before info was updated. A bit stressful when you are waiting for a very important delivery. Also, confirmation message very misleading!! telling me that a delivery was on its way FROM ME!!! Delivery however was collected and delivered on time.”

“I sent a small parcel from Ireland to Montreal, Canada. Cost almost €40 but it arrived in 5 days. Happy days! Until it was opened. . .the well wrapped ipad was 'mashed'. One very upset recipient. Irish parcels response was sympathetic but it seems only stuff like books & clothes are covered by their insurance. It's hard to mash clothes or books. I am not pleased at all.”
