“First time using Irish Parcels at the start a problem booking my fault.Van driver that collected parcel was brilliant he made live very easy. He did not have to make a phone call for directions he landed at door. It arrived on time and in good condition. Brilliant service definitely will use again.”

“Excellent quick service. Everything happened on time with no problems. The only thing which wold improve the service would be for labels to be automatically uploaded over the weekend instead of having to wait for office hours.”

“Dear Irish Parcels, Thank you so much for your fantastic and competitively priced parcel service. I placed the order and was given directions regarding payment and tracking which were easy to follow (especially for a non techi like me) I received one call to direct me to my house which is very remote and difficult to find, the driver was here within minutes of the call. Then it was on its way, I was able to track really easily and the dialogue all made perfect sense. Parcel arrived at its destination in tact and dead on time. I am so delighted that after doing much research I certainly have found the best out there for my needs. I will have no hesitation in recommending Irish Parcels to others, along with the fact this is my preferred parcel service of the future. Regards and many many thanks Peggy”

“As a new small business, unfamiliar with shipping, Irish Parcels were a dream to work with. “Had a family member wait at home in France for three consecutive days for the parcel to be collected. No contact at all from IrishParcel as to why it wasn't collected each day. Very disappointing. Cancelled the order and found another company. Shambles.”

Thank you for your feedback, Greg. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with your shipment. Although the vast majority of our collections take place on the expected date, we recognise that occasionally unforeseen issues may cause delays. Unfortunately your item was not collected on the expected date as it was a public holiday in France, and unfortunately our couriers do not operate on public holidays. We are very sorry about this. I can see that Jodie from our customer support team was in correspondence with you via email to keep you updated with regards to the situation. Unfortunately Jodie was assured by our courier after following up on this that the collection would go ahead on the next working day. However, on this occasion the driver did run out of time. As our service not time-guaranteed, only estimated, unfortunately this was something that was beyond our control. Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
