Customer service could be better. I had to reach out a month ahead of our trip to get information, I had to ask questions about covid requirements. When I originally booked, I specifically asked if the master bedroom would be available as I had seen mention that it wasn't in a review and was assured it was. We got there and were told it was not. The excursion information I got from our concierge came to me in small increments and unorganized until the day or so before we left. Due to a ban on alcohol on the island, she had suggested we buy duty free alcohol on the plane, but once in-flight I was informed they are not allowed to sell that right now, something I would think the concierge should have known. Our concierge contact on the island was amazing and helpful and responsive, but she's not affiliated with Isle Blue. Overall, the trip worked out, your staff seemed friendly, and we got the planning and information we needed, but as a company that bills itself as luxury villa rentals, I would think that customer service would be a bit better.

Isle Blue assisted my family in finding a very safe, secluded and impressive beach villa in the Turks and Caicos Islands during this very difficult COVID-19 environment. Isle Blue paid particular attention to properties and related property managers that were reasonable and accommodating during these challenge periods, who would be more likely to reschedule if an unforeseen event occurred related to COVID-19. It is depressing to think that some property managers would not be accommodating when the world is in such chaos, but that is simply a reality. As a result, having an experienced agent like Isle Blue was very important to me and gave me peace of mind.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sue from the isle blue team , booking the Villa and rental car was quick and easy. We loved Villa Cassis abs have a wonderful vacation.

The stay in Orlando was fantastic. Provided a wonderful experience for the family. The representatives with Isle Blue were very friendly and accommodating. Look forward to working with them more in the future!!

We were a little disappointed in the fact that while we were negotiating our stay in Bristol Bliss for 3 weeks that the villa got rented to another party right in the middle of our stay. We had to pack up and move to another villa which wasted 2 days on either side of our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Villa was absolutely amazing. Ran into some issues with the actual concierge services (Villa checks, prestock, etc) but outside of that, it was a good stay.

Amazing Trip! The home was beautiful clean and even more amazing than the pictures. Customer service as exceptional, great communication and timely responses. We look forward to vacationing again with Isle Blue!

Excellent customer service from the entire team at Isle Blue. I had a trip planned elsewhere cancelled last minute due to COVID restrictions. Isle Blue helped plan a great trip to Antigua on extremely short notice. Highly recommend booking a villa thru them.

My final payment is due on April 21, and I don't want to be held in default if I don't or can't pay due to this pandemic. Please clarify, will the final balance be postponed for my July trip or is it still due a normal? Only a 3 because I NEED ANSWERS.

Prime example of a company using the pandemic to take advantage of people. They are refusing to give us a refund for a trip we have planned in 10 days, at a time when we could really use our money instead of a voucher for a future date. Turks and Caicos has stopped all travel. It's not us cancelling the trip, therefore we should get a refund. Truly shameful.

We are not familiar who this guest may be but with that being said, we take serious issue with these inappropriate comments. Our company has been working tirelessly on behalf of our clients to re-accommodate them at their reserved property to more suitable dates. We fully understand and appreciate the impact of the current global challenges in the fight against Covid-19. We have dedicated ample resources and long hours by our team to ensure our impacted guests have been resettled. The challenge with property rentals is that they are guided by short term lease agreements between the guest and the property owner. The villas are able to host guests during this impacted period. Unfortunately, guests may not be willing or unable to travel. As outlined in the lease agreement, the guest assumes the risk related to travel and reaching their destination. Thus, throughout the vacation planning process we remind and advocate our guests to obtain travel insurance to protect against the unexpected. Moreover, we have been aggressively negotiating with property managers to allow for penalty free postponement of travel up to 18 months from their original dates to ensure our guests are whole. We have provided our guests with numerous options and guidance on the best strategy even customized negotiations between guest and property owner. If this reviewer is a guest of ours, then we wish the individual would have engaged with us to negotiate the best possible and mutually accepted outcome between guest and property owner.
