“Received instrument cluster in a well packaged shipping box which was the same packaging I used to return the old core back to ISS. Once installed it worked perfectly. It was about $80 to $100.00 less than others I checked into. I would recommend ISS highly! L. Quiroz”

“Highly recommend ISS for speedometer repair. Took a chance that it would be as simple as just unplug, ship, let them do that voodoo that they do, receive, plug back and watch speedometer not say 18 mph while in park. Well it was. Thank you ISS only regret was driving 2 years with it squirrelly when now proven didn’t have to.”

“Recently purchased the CD player to add on to the radio in my 2022 Chevy blazer. Jodi ia a GREAT customer Service Agent.****** The individual that I ordered from didnt provide the right application for the Chevy Radio with Apple Car Play. Jodi got me a Good CD player with the adapter that goes betbee the CD and the Radio. The CD pklayer now plays Great when it connects to the Radio. Current issue is that the connection to the radio is hit and miss. Its not the CD's because it does the same on sll of them. What I need now is to know the requirements of that intermediate connector box circuit. It connects to the radio and then drops the connection..... The menu selection for the interconnect box is "AUROA" I will purchase a more robust aftermarket interface box if that what it takes to make the CD play consistently work in my vehicle. Thanks for putting up with me. I know we can get this right...let me have step by step instructions coordinated with eacch screen that I get on the radio. Please advise me of the”

“Everything went as advertised. My dash all works like new the hardest part was packing it up and finding a place to ship it. After that it was perfect. Have another truck which is another 2004 and going to have that one down as well. Dan J”

“My 2003 Envoy needed a dash cluster. During my research, I found many sites. However ISS caught my attention overall. Site appearance, pricing and warranty. “I ordered a replacement cluster for my 2002 silverado a little over a month ago and it was easy to remove and replace. I plugged it in and everything works like it should. I like having a working odometer again Thank you again, ISS automotive I'll do business here again in the future.”
