“These people are great. I had my 2002 Chevy Silverado cluster at 2 different shops before them. First shop couldnt fix it, the second shop i sent it to in Chicago gave up and sent it back. Ordered a cluster from iss, they didnt have one in stock emailed me a prepaid shipping label, got it back works perfectly all for under 300. thank you iss, and mine has the trans temp gauge, all needles look new works great.”

“What a great experience! I needed to have my Cadillac Escalade CUE radio touchscreen changed and the dealer wanted $845 not including labor. I jumped on the internet and found ISS Automotive Solutions. I watched their video how to remove the QUE and it looked easy. So I ordered one from them and received an email back that they did not have one in stock that matched my VIN, but not to worry, they would repair the one I had if I would send it. They sent me a UPS lable and I removed the radio and sent it on a Friday. They emailed me they received it the following Wednesday. I received the fixed one on Monday, and it looked brand new. They must have turned this arould the same day they received for me to get it on Monday. Highly recommend working with ISS Automotive!”

“I used these guys for an instrument cluster on a 2000 Chevy Silverado. They were easy to work with, and called me directly to make sure I got the correct part number. The lady who called was very respectful communicated everything throughly. Best company you’re going to find for buy customer service.”

“Dash was sent out and returned very promptly rpeaired 100% Easy to deal with. Will probably pull me 1998 Chevy dash to have the fuel gauge repaired that Chevy would not fix under warranty back in the day becuase I had too many miles on it.”

“I ordered a gauge cluster for my 2003 Chevy truck and found the whole process to be easy. The cluster is great and I didn't have any issues installing it. Doing it myself saved me a lot of money and time. Thanks guys, I will look to you for any future needs.”

“Excellent customer service. Everything was explained. Pictures were taken in this end and sent via email and exact products and what to do was explained. Then took all phone calls and was able to expedite the return process. I feel this was the best service I have seen.”

“Being a mechanic, this instrument cluster was an easy install. A DYI person can easily install a 2004 GMC Envoy I.C. This I.C. works very well and looks great. Peace of mind I bought the reasonable priced lifetime warranty. No complaints here and happy with this product.”

“Simple ordering process. Appreciate the VIN verification. Quality packaging. Lots of shipping process updates. Bordered on spam it was so often. lol. 20 minutes to remove old unit, 2 minutes to swap brackets off old onto new, 5 minutes to install the new unit. Great return packaging. Quality unit 2014 Cadillac ATS Could use some more specific instructions like a YouTube link for specific vehicle but overall 4.5/5”
